Toller Aufenthalt mitten in der Altstadt
Pros:

Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt ist hervorragend!
Zwei Parkplätze (ca. 100m vom Hotel entfernt) waren auch sehr ideal, wenn man mit dem Auto anreist.
Toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse.
Unser Dreibettzimmer war sehr geräumig.

Cons:

Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen aber beim Frühstück gab es nur eine Auswahl von 3 Gebäcksarten (kein Brot).

We were upgraded to the Panoramic Suite, which was amazing!

Cons:

We had trouble with the aircon. We couldn’t change the temperature and it was holding the night.

Tophotel in centrum van olbia.
Pros:

Superleuk hotel in het centrum van Olbia. Alles goed geregeld. Prachtig dakterras. Restaurants en terrassen om de hoek. Kamer (familiekamer) is echt ruim. Parkeren op 100 meter afstand.

Ich würde dieses Hotel immer wieder buchen, wenn ich in Olbia bin!
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr nett und konnte uns bei allen Problemen und Fragen helfen. Die Dachterrasse ist der Hammer!!

Cons:

Es gibt nichts, was mir nicht gefallen hat.

schönes Stadthotel, mitten in der Altstadt mit Parkplatz
Pros:

sehr schönes und grosses Zimmer, mitten in der Altstadt. Parkplatz nahe des Hotels (Kostet 9 EUR).
Wir waren nur die letzte Nacht vor dem Heimflug da, aber wir haben es sehr genossen, nochmals in der Stadt zu sein.
Kostenloses Frühstück mit allem, was das Herz begehrt.

Great location, poor service
Pros:

The hotel is very well located
The amenities are old school compared to the prices (we paid 575 EUR for 3 nights plus breakfast), even the rooftop is overrated.
Last morning we went at the beach after checking out, the showers at the beach were under renovation, so I ask the front desk if we could had a quick shower just before flying back.
The lady requested us to pay 15 EUR per person, for a quick shower they have in the basement... We had several drinks during our stay, we paid 575 EUR and again, we were being ask to pay... I know it is a business but 30 EUR for this is unacceptable.
I tried to negotiate but the lady did not want to make an effort, pretexting the work of cleaning the shower... come on
I refused obviously, since it should be a default service to an hotel guest.
Constantly being treated like a cash machine is exhausting.

Отель с прекрасным местом и очень милый! Рекомендую!
Pros:

Замечательный отель и расположение! Очень быстро можно пешком добраться до Корсо Умберто и прогуляться по магазинам и посидеть в кафе! В отеле номер был прекрасный, просторный, чистый и даже была ванна! Завтрак вкусный и прекрасный кофе!

Cons:

Посетили СПА ( платный), немного разочаровал! Не работал хаммам, сауна была еле еле теплая! Джакузи отличный, но запах в самом СПА не самый лучший, затхлый! Нужно поработать с системой вентиляции!
