Pros:

La habitación muy amplia y muy completa, limpia y cómoda. La ubicación fantástica, justo en el centro.

Cons:

Lo del Check in un poco lioso porque no hay nadie en recepción y si o si tienes que llamar al tlf por la llave. No lo veo muy práctico.

Apartamento espectacular, ubicación ideal, justo en el centro de Granada. El edificio es muy bonito

La atención directa al público debería estar hasta más tarde. Llegué tarde (a las 20h), y tuve problemas para hacer el check in online, ya no había nadie en recepción. Llamé al teléfono de atención que tienen puesto en la calle, pero, no conseguí contactar con nadie. Pude entrar (gracias a que un huésped salía) y llamé al que tienen puesto en recepción, y ahí si conecté. Pero esto es un aspecto que deberían mejorar.

Mon expérience dans cet hôtel a été très décevante, notamment en ce qui concerne l’accueil et l’organisation à l’arrivée.
À mon arrivée, il n’y avait personne à la réception. J’ai attendu un bon moment devant la porte, sans aucune réponse. J’ai ensuite contacté la personne responsable par téléphone, mais les informations qui m’ont été communiquées étaient malheureusement fausses et m’ont davantage désorientée.
À minuit, je me suis donc retrouvée seule devant l’hôtel, avec une grande valise, sans savoir où aller ni comment accéder à ma chambre. C’est finalement une personne qui occupait une chambre voisine qui m’a aidée à trouver ma chambre et a servi d’intermédiaire avec la personne responsable de la réception, qui a finalement réussi à m’orienter.
Ce manque d’organisation et d’assistance dès mon arrivée a été très stressant et a malheureusement influencé négativement mon séjour. Pour un hôtel, un accueil correct et des informations fiables sont pourtant essentiels

Pros:

Mar la chica de recepción es muy amable y atenta. También guardaron nuestras maletas durante el día.

Cons:

Tuvimos un inconveniente con la luz y nadie nos respondió aún cuando ellos dicen que tienen atención 24 horas, por lo cual no tuvimos luz en toda la noche. Al siguiente día nos respondieron e invitaron a desayuno gratis por el inconveniente.

Ubicacion excelente, alojamiento muy comido .
Fuimos con adolescentes y a ellos tamvien les gusto.

Estuvimos una noche y no tenemos nada malo que decir.
Por decir algo , no hay aparcamiento en ningun sitio, tuvimos que dejar el coche en parquin privado [ nos hicieron descuentob por estar alojados ]
