Decepción total.
Pros:

Solo la ubicación.

Cons:

Tuve que poner hoja de reclamación porque nunca me había sucedido una cosa así en ningún alojamiento.
El desagüe de la bañera estaba lleno de pelos.
Menos mal que me di cuenta antes de que mi hija entrara para ducharse.

La recepcionista Mar un encanto, la limpieza NULA

La atención que ofrece una de las recepcionistas, Mar. Fue muy amable y atenta con nosotros. Se preocupó por nuestra estancia y en muchas ocasiones nos ayudó en la organización de nuestros planes en cuanto a guaguas y metros.

Cons:

Pues la limpieza. No es que no me gustara es que en las 7 noches que estuvimos NO Hubo. Nosotros llegamos un miércoles. La limpieza tocó el jueves y le dijimos todo bien. El viernes a las 17 de la tarde mi marido y yo descansábamos de la visita a la Alhambra en la cama de pronto abren la puerta con risas y voces altas sin tocar nos ve en la cama y cierra. Pido en recepción que toquen antes de entrar y que su estamos durmiendo le dejo la basura y toallas en a entrada.
Pues eso fue todo. No vinieron ningún día más. De hecho fue Mar la recepcionista quien subió un día a cambiar las toallas y llevarse la basura.
En los 8 días ningún cambio de sábanas, reposición de papel, retirada de basura por parte del servicio de limpieza, suerte que somos muy limpios.

Pros:

Tout ! La suite était parfaite et l'emplacement très bien. La distance à pied vers l'Alhambra permet de traverser les ruelles très sympas.
L'organisation est top et le rapport qualité prix exceptionnel.
