Wohlfühlatmosphäre und ein exzellentes Frühstück
Pros:

Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert! Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Der Aufenthalt war rundum erholsam und das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Hier gibt es absolut nichts zu bemängeln, es war alles perfekt.

Wir waren auf der Durchreise Richtung Graz. Für eine Nacht haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt.
Pros:

Es war sehr schön gelegen, Dame an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und zugewandt.

Cons:

Für uns ein sehr großes Hotel (aber natürlich als Tagungshotel o.ä. sehr praktisch)
Da es aber viele Sitzmöglichkeiten gibt, haben wir beim Frühstück draußen eine ruhigere Ecke gefunden.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal. Eine großzügige Anlage mit zahlreichen Wellnessangeboten. Angenehme Zimmer, wir jedenfalls hatten auch eine wunderbare Aussicht. Das Hotel ist auf einer Anhöhe sehr schön und ruhig gelegen.

Cons:

Die Größe der Anlage empfanden wir als etwas bedrückend. Damit naturgemäß verbunden ist auch eine sehr hohe Frequenz an Gästen. Insbesondere zu den Zeiten der Mahlzeiten stellt sich im Restaurant eher das Gefühl einer Werkskantine als das eines Urlaubshotels ein.

Die Lage…guter Service

Cons:

Wir hatte vor dem Frühstück schon das Gepäck im Auto und wollten bevor wir um 10 Uhr auschecken wollten noch die Zähne putzen. Leider war der roomservice zuvor schon da und hatte das Zimmer mit unseren Zahnbürsten schon aufgeräumt.

Cons:

Po příjezdu nám na recepci řekli že nemají pokoj,čekali jsme hodinu a půl než nás ubytují.Na otázku kde můžeme zaparkovat,nám bylo odpovězeno,že kdekoli v okolí hotelu,ráno nás za stěračem čekala pokuta.Číšník neochotný.Toaleta špinavá.Na snídani lezl z ošatky z pečivem pavouk.

Pros:

Das Standard Zimmer war total schön, mit Balkon zu einer wenig befahrenen Straße.
Frühstück sehr gut mit allem was das Herz begehrt.
Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Zimmer werden nur alle zwei Tage gereinigt und das nicht sehr gründlich.
Wir reisen oft mit Hund und müssen fast überall dafür zahlen.
Warum ich aber pro Nacht für den Hund zahlen muss obwohl nur jeden zweiten Tag gereinigt wird ist mir unverständlich.
Kopfkissen sind nicht sehr bequem, das Bett schon.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Wir hatten ein großes sauberes Zimmer. Das Personal war sehr kompetent und freundlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet war Spitzenklasse. Im Restaurant konnte man abends wahlweise entweder vom Buffet essen oder à la carte

Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden

Die Lage vom Hotel ist sehr schön, wo man die Ruhe genießen kann,zumindest können wir das von unserer Zimmerlage beurteilen.
Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer sind gross geschnitten und sauber. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden

Cons:

Das gewusel am Frühstücksbuffet war mir zu arg gewesen. Für die Menge an Gäste ist der Bereich vom Buffet zu klein.
