Pros:

The bed and TV

Cons:

out of 4 elevators, only one of them is functioning, I shouldn't have to ask for a face towel. No microwave in the room. The toilet tips to the side. the smaller parking lot has no lights at night.

Pros:

The receptionist was cheerful and helpful. The grounds appeared well tended. Parking is free. The location is near the train but wasn't loud. Easy 10 minute drive to museums. Close to many affordable good eats, even McD's. We had dinner in Chinatown & quickly found free parking. The spacious room was clean, neat, beds comfy. We will stay there again because of the easy access to attractions and restaurants, We felt safe on grounds and driving in the area.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't offered. Coffee on main floor was always available but only basic creamer. Flavored creamer would be a nice touch. No microwave in room but there are 2 on main floor. Although free breakfast is a perk, the absence of it got us out the door to see the city.

Friendly staff, but disappointing cleanliness and strong weed smell throughout the hote!!
Pros:

The best part was definitely the front desk lady. She was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful during our stay. Her amazing customer service truly made the experience even better

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The entire hotel smelled strongly like weed, and our room was not clean — there was hair everywhere on the bathroom floor and even on the bedsheets. Cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

Pros:

We didn't have the breakfast, but the staff was nice and friendly!

Cons:

The elevators were down, the ice machines and pop machines were not working but no signs, it was a few stains on our carpet but overall the room was clean and also didn't like how the back door anyone could just walk in at anytime.
