Pros:

Our room was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The elevator was broken so we had to use one that was out of the way. The area in which is was located smelled badly and the elevator smelled like vape.

Way over priced for what you get.
Cons:

This place is run down and needs alot of work. Im not talking old paint and old carpets im just talking neglect in basic maintenance and cleaning. Elevator barley worked, duck tape holding the control panel on. Wifi was not usable. Rooms hallways all need deep cleaning into the corners. Night staff unavailable. You can tell ownership is not putting a dime into up keep.
This place could be a real nice place to stay if ownership had a bit of pride.

Very good option to stay during an Exhibition in McCormick Center
Pros:

Reception was very positiv - even getting early check-in and use of the parking lot. The agent at the reception sent somebody to help with the luggage. The room was large and clean and well prepared, AC working properly. Important for me that the McCormick Exhibition center is in walking distance

Cons:

Lifts did not operate properly - no back-up in level 5 except the stairs. WC not working correctly

I would only use this hotel for visiting the exhibition and not for vacation
Pros:

The hotel was on a 10 minutes walking distance to the Mc Cormic place exhibition.

Cons:

There was no breakfast availeble, the elevator was broken for 2 days

Meh, but good location
Pros:

Good location. Nice front desk staff.

Cons:

Elevators frequently out of service. Two pillows total for a king size bed. Bathroom only had a pedestal sink.

Pros:

Staff were nice at check-in

Cons:

Both passenger elevators were out of service, had to use Service Elevator. Rooms were Dirty, Carpet stained, not what i would expect for the amount of money they were charging

Pros:

Estuvo bien el hospedaje; estaría mucho mejor con el servicio de una cafetería donde poder comprar algo, al menos que desayunar antes de salir en la mañana. Por lo demás, el personal muy amable, dispuesto para cada necesidad y buen aseo 👍🏻

El no tener servicio de cafetería.
