Pros:

L’hotel era buono, anche se era abbastanza lontano dal centro città. Vicino all’hotel c’era un grande centro commerciale e anche un supermercato. Le camere erano pulite e il personale era molto gentile, disponibile e facilmente reperibile.

Cons:

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, sono rimasta piuttosto sorpresa. Di solito le uova sono un alimento fondamentale per la colazione, ma quando ho chiesto al personale mi è stato detto che al momento non erano ancora state consegnate. Anche la frutta fresca disponibile non era di buona qualità. I bambini hanno chiesto la crema spalmabile al cioccolato, ma anche quella non era disponibile. Ho trovato abbastanza strano pagare per la colazione e poi scoprire che mancavano diverse cose.

Bene ma non benissimo
Pros:

Hotel molto carino e moderno, situato in una zona tranquilla, lontano circa 3 km dal centro ma a pochi metri dalla fermata della metro. Segnalo nei dintorni un ottimo ristorante italiano che si chiama Quo Vadis e un panificio caffetteria che si chiama BrotHaus Cafè.

Cons:

Non c’era il frigo in camera e nemmeno una bottiglia di acqua a disposizione. Il letto molto rumoroso e il materasso un po’ scomodo. Non avevo letto l’avviso che per avere la pulizia della stanza bisognava richiederla alla reception quindi un giorno siamo rimasti con la camera non pulita.

Schneller netter Check In. Unkompliziert. Es gab die Möglichkeit dort essen und trinken zu kaufen.

Cons:

Die Dusche hätte sauberer sein können. Die Klinke beim Bad war nicht ganz fest sodass diese manchmal fast rausgerutscht wäre. Aber für eine Nacht völlig ok. Haben dies auch nicht weiter gemeldet. Kosmetiktücher oder Zahnputzbecher wären top gewesen.

Location is good, rooms are comfortable,

Cons:

Room design was not appealing. Specially the washroom separation was quite disturbing.

No tissue box in the room. Request to provide was straight away denied by the staff.
