I could not in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.
Pros:

The access to the ocean was terrific. However to get to Terracina it was challenging dilute to the lack of taxis in the area. The staff was not friendly and certainly had no desire to assist or help us. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Cons:

The location, the unfriendly staff and the lack of air conditioning.

La pulizia, sala ristorante,piscina, difronte mare.

Cons:

La colazione, io preferisco prodotti lavorati, in casa, freschi e profumati.la possibilità di prendere il caffè e cappuccino al bar. La colazione è abbondante.
