Tutto ....ottima posizione, personale molto qualificato e accogliente, hotel pulito , lo consiglio a tutti
bellissima piscina, ottima colazione, mare a 50 metri
cabina doccia troppo piccola, appena sufficiente per una persona magra e piccola; mancanza di un bar aperto almeno nel pomeriggio-sera.
La vicinanza alla spiaggia
Le camere sono da rimodernare-contenitori per l'indifferenziata nella camera da letto proprio no!!!

La colazione e la vicinanza al mare
Abbiamo prenotato per un ingresso spa compreso nel pernottamento. Dopo aver chiesto conferma in chat privata (quindi informazione che non ci sarebbe stata data se non gli avessimo scritto noi) ci è stato detto di chiamare per prenotare la spa, cosa che abbiamo fatto e ci hanno detto che non c’era bisogno perché risultava già prenotata. All’arrivo in albergo non solo ci hanno detto che non avevamo prenotato e che la spa quindi era chiusa ma non ci hanno creduto e abbiamo dovuto dimostrarlo tramite chat Booking. Dicevano che ci avevano scritto ma non era arrivato alcun messaggio o chiamata. Non hanno provato neanche a trovare una soluzione per farci recuperare l’ingresso spa ma ci hanno dileguato riducendo il prezzo della stanza, una stanza in cui non riuscivamo ad accedere con la chiave automatica perché rotta e sporca per il prezzo che abbiamo comunque pagato. Se avessimo saputo che non c’era possibilità di fare la spa sicuramente non saremmo venuti visto che abbiamo prenotato una notte esclusivamente per goderci la spa. Mi spiace ma per noi è un no!
We stayed at this charming hotel for a week and were very pleased with the service: from the top manager to the housekeeping staff, and from the dining room team to the receptionists—everyone was incredibly kind and always prompt in fulfilling our requests.
The quality of the rooms and the dining is excellent, as is the massage center. Top-notch!
The hotel is strategically located, allowing for quick access to the beach and the supermarket.
The arrangements for the excursion to the island of Ponza were also excellent.
Simply impeccable and highly recommended!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana in questo incantevole albergo e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del servizio ricevuto: dal direttore alle cameriere ai piani, dal personale della sala agli addetti ricevimento: tuti gentilissimi e sempre puntuali ad accontentare le nostre richieste.
La qualità delle camere e della ristorazione è ottima, così come il centro massaggi. Il top!
L'albergo si trova in posizione strategica per raggiungere velocemente la spiaggia ed il supermercato. Ottima è stata l'organizzazione per l'escursione all'isola di Ponza.
Semplicemente ineccepibile e consigliatissimo!
