La amabilidad en recepción.
Me dieron la llave y no estaba habilitada en 2 ocasiones por lo que estando frente habitación tuve acudir a recepción reiteradamente.
2.Aun no había efectuado el check out y al no enxontrarm en l habitación, el personal de limpieza entró efectuar el aseo. Cuando regrese ya estaba todo en orden, aire apagado, el agua deje en el frigo afuera, etc. Creo deben esperar hasta se haga el check out para poder hacer la limpieza.

La ubicacion es excelente, llegas a casi todo en 5 minutos, me encanto el lugar, es super bonito y tranquilo, nos ofrecieron una habitacion excelente, limpia y comoda, me encanto, definitivamente aqui me volveria a hospedar en mis proximos viajes

Saltillo does not have much to recommend in general, and the location falls into that category as well
Calidad confort y precio, está bien, sin embargo, el desayuno deben de ofrecerlo desde la aplicación aunque sea un poco más pero que sea completo y no solo café y pan.
El desayuno que se ofrece como "cortesía" no cumple espectativas, mejor que pongan la tarifa con la barra caliente para que sea más atractivo.
