Great location, great hotel with parking.
Pros:

Great hotel, good location, staff good rooms are good with everything you need. Fridge, air-con. we stay there everytime we go to Granada.

Super location
Pros:

Great location. Close to all major attractions and not too busy nearby. Nice rooftop bar and reasonably priced drinks. Tapas good too.

Cons:

Room was a but tired looking. Would have preferred a walk in shower.

Great stay for the money, but if you are looking for that little extra, than this does not have it
Pros:

Location wise this hotel is almost perfect. It is the reason why I have stayed here a couple of times. That and the price.
The rooms are big enough, but they usually come with some (minor) issue.
The beds are generally great. There are extra blankets and pillows if you want.
It is is clean and the cleaning staff does a very good job. The personnel overall is very good.
My 8/10 is probably too high, but I have always liked this hotel and if they could just fix a few things, I would be even happier.

Cons:

Internet on the top floor (restaurant /bar) is still a bit shaky. It was the same last year. And since it should take them 5min to fix I see that as pretty big negative.
Previous stay at the hotel the door to the toilet was broken. Another time the shower head was broken. And this time the toilet was so nestled in there I could barely fit - if I had been a bigger man I would have needed to change rooms.

This is a good place to stay if you want to save a bit of money and still live in the absolute center and you get good service with clean rooms. But if you are looking for that little extra, than this does not have it.

The thing is most of the stuff is easy (and cheap) to fix. So I hope the owners read this because fix the entrance/lobby and upgrade the launch-room and make it look nicer and more hotel-like, upgrade your shower shower heads so you both save water and make the stay better for your guests, upgrade the internet across the whole building. And suddenly you have a much greater profile which will give you much better grades. And if you change the doors/locks to also block out more noise, brilliant. Then I will never stay at another hotel in Granada.

Personale gentile, reception ottimo riferimento per consigli e indicazioni, posizione fantastica e comodissima soprattutto per visitare l'Alhambra.
Buona colazione con personale gentile. Parcheggio a pagamento proprio di fronte comodissimo.
