Perfect location in Sirmione
Pros:

We are coming here year after year and it is one of our most favourite hotels . Pure perfection . We like everything about this hotel and first of all the most wonderful, friendly and professional staff . Thank you for having us . We will be back.

Wasn't for us..

Location. Secure and ample parking. Delicious birthday cake.

Cons:

Not sure why this hotel is so expensive - it can only be location. Its a bit worn and bland. Very minor, but it sets the tone of what to expect: you get (for 2 people for 2 days) 4 coffee pods for the coffee machine in the room, thereafter its 2EUR a pod if you want more. This is meant to be a 5 star hotel but it lacks that feel. Anyway, it was a significant birthday for my wife during the stay - the hotel knew this, as I did contact them beforehand - and I hoped that the hotel could assist me in making it feel special. To be fair, when I asked them if they could arrange a small birthday cake they did after charging 40EUR (cake was delicious), when every other hotel we've stayed at when a birthday occurs arrange a small cake, flowers and champagne (which we always gratefully return as neither of us drink alcohol) as their gift or acknowledgment. In fairness they did arrange a little gift bag with facial emollients. Can I reserve a table outside for dinner? Yes, of course. Then go to dinner only to get asked if you've reserved, "oh let me see if we have a table outside". Fortunately they did - despite being very specific when reserving the table. Can you bring the birthday cake? Yes, but no happy birthday never mind a rendition of 'happy birthday' from the staff. Poor experience for my wife on what was a special birthday. Check out is at 11am - pretty common - we were running a little behind, but don't worry the hotel will try to call you (phone wasn't working) and follow this up with a chap on the door at 11:10 to remind you that check out is at 11am - this is disguised as "do you need any help with your luggage". Even if you don't and you apologise for running 15 minutes late, they'll send the man with a trolley a few minutes later to encourage you to leave. Funny thing is when we were checking in there wasn't the same assistance to help with the luggage to the room.

Beautiful hotel with excellent facilities
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, close to the historic old town. Pool and spa facilities excellent. Staff were helpful and hotel was very clean. We slept well here. Highly recommend

Cons:

Breakfast could have a few more international options but was very good quality

Pros:

Beautiful hotel, ideally placed to explore Sirmione and Lake Garda. The hotel is immaculate, the staff are very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast and lovely snacks with drinks

Lokalizacja rewelacyjna , bardzo wygodne łóżka , bardzo czysto , bardzo dobra obsługa w strefie leżaków

Cons:

Bardzo słabe i monotonne śniadania raczej jak w hotelu 3 lub 4 gwiazdkowym. Obsługa mało sympatyczna. Bar czynny od 11.00 - 23.00 będąc na leżakach rano nie można nic zamówić. Ceny bardzo wygórowane .Cena za hotel wysoka chyba tylko ze względu na lokalizację.
