Happy staff inspires confidence and the feel about the hotel was spot on. Congratulations team.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff very attentive and there was a good vibe and feel about the place. Staff seemed happy which tends to be noticed especially when it’s the opposite. Good car park (I have Blue Badge). Cleanliness in the hotel was noticeable and spot on.

Cons:

The only downside was that the kettle in the room did not fit under the tap and the flow of cold water was very poor so was unable to fill the kettle. So no tea or coffee. Being 6’ 2” with a spinal condition the WC was very low down.

Will definately return .
Pros:

Friendly staff. Decor and standard of hotel exceeded expectations.
Excellent gluten free options for all courses of meals.
Quality and presentation of food top notch.
Excellent value for money.

Cons:

Room was a bit warm due to the exceptional weather. A fan was already provided in the room but wasn't really adequate enough.
