Pros:

Kaldığımız oda standarttı fena değildi. Otelin konumu çok güzel her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Kahvaltısı da iyiydi. Çıkış yaptığımızda valizlerimizi geçici olarak otelde bırakabildik çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Sadece koku vardı ama o kadar da takılabilecek birşey değil.

Pros:

I absolutely love this place. It is really, really close to the main attractions and the rooms on the top floor have a huge balcony. The service is fantastic. Early check-in and late check-out. Nicely filled minibar. Really nice staff. Very relaxing to stay here. I highly recommend it

לא היה מזגן . המלון הכיר בבעיה מראש בלי לעדכן ולכן שם מאורר.
לא היה חדר חילופי ולכן לא ישנתי רגע בלילה

לא היה מזגן שמיש היה חם . המלון ידע זאת מראש והכין מאוורר שלא עזר .
לא קיבלתי פיתרון.
המלון ביקש שאפנה לבוקינק בכדי שיחזירו לי את הכסף .
עד עכשיו לא קיבלתי מכם התיחסות על אף שהתלוננתי
