За съжаление, този престой беше доста по-разочароващ от предишните ми посещения.
Още при настаняването в стаята липсваха чаши за кафе — имаше само чаши за вода. След първата нощ беше изхвърлен боклукът, но кърпите не бяха сменени, не бяха оставени нови чаши и кафе, въпреки че стаята е двойна и при предишни престои винаги са били предоставяни по две.
На втория ден попитах за чаши и кафе и ми беше обяснено, че колежката е забравила да ги остави. При връщането ми в стаята обаче отново нямаше нито чаши, нито кафе.
Друг сериозен проблем беше шумът. Стаята ми беше на последния етаж, последна по коридора, но въпреки това от рано сутрин до почти полунощ се чуваше изключително силен шум, наподобяващ строителни дейности. Това направи почивката и спокойното прекарване на времето в стаята много трудни.
Най-неприятното за мен беше, че ваната, заради която именно избрах този хотел, изпускаше вода и не можеше да бъде напълнена. Това обезсмисли една от основните причини да избера мястото.
Допълнително впечатление направиха около 28 кафеникави петна с неясен произход по стените и тавана в спалната част на стаята. В комбинация с останалите проблеми това остави неприятно впечатление за поддръжката на помещението.
Имах по-добри впечатления от предишните си престои, затова разочарованието ми този път е още по-голямо. Надявам се обратната връзка да бъде взета предвид и да се обърне повече внимание на поддръжката на стаите, почистването, консумативите и най-вече на спокойствието на гостите.

Pros:

Lager sehr gut. Zimmer eher klein, aber sauber und komfortabel. Personal freundlich und spricht Englisch und ein bisschen Deutsch. Frühstück war ganz ok.

Cons:

Die Zimmertür gehört ausgetauscht werden, da man Lärm vom Flur sehr laut hört. Parkplatz für den z.B. Mietwagen schwierig.

Klimatizace na pokoji.

Cons:

Hotel je už pěkně starý a potřeboval by zásadní opravy. Pokoj ošuntělý, z vany teče voda na zem, matrace proleželá.
