Pros:

Everything was great. My grandson left his charger and it was located but I was asked to pay the mailing fee. That was fine but it would have been nice if the hotel covered the mailing cost. Not a big deal but good customer service.

Cons:

Un seul élévateur. Attente longue. État des équipements. La chambre a atteint un niveau très défraîchi. Ils est temps de remplacer certains équipements et remettre en bon état la chambre de bain.

Very clean. Friendly staff. They go over and above with the extras!!

Cons:

Parking was the only negative i have as I had to park way over in front of the shoppers plaza by the street.

Our stay was very good.
Pros:

The breakfast was good and nourishig. Seating arrangement is thoughtfully arranged also. The room was moderate and clean. Proximity to where we visited was easy. I liked the text message way of communicating.

Cons:

We liked everything about the Hampton and will surely come back during our next trip to North Bay. So, we do not have anything that we did not like.

Pros:

The hotel was in a great area with many things around. The employees at the front counter were constantly kind and helpful. The room/hotel over was kept very clean. The morning breakfast was a wonderful start to the day.

The pillows were a little flat.
