It was very disappointing very rundown hotel
Pros:

Not much really the bed was comfortable

Cons:

There was no phone no coffee maker to shower curtain was disgusting and the owner walked in on us when we were there

Sehr hübsches Bad und gemütliches Bett. Jeden Tag wurde das Zimmer.gemacht.

Cons:

Es liegt im Gewerbegebiet und es ist abends sehr einsam dort. Manche Möbel sind extrem alt.

Comfortable, same street goes to downtown, and easily reachable.
Pros:

Clean room and comfortable beds. The washrooms were clean and sufficiently stocked. Lots of parking space. We met two gentlemen on shifts and they were friendly and helpful

Cons:

no microwave in the room however, we didn't bother to go to the office onsite.

A good place, but very old , a restful night and sleep and next to fast food for breakfast

The bathroom was new and the walk in shower spotless, the beds were clean and also the room

There was no cleanliness. Bathroom was not clean, there was a very strong smell in the room. The cushioned chairs , you can tell they don't clean very well in the rooms....under one of the cushions was a beer bottle cap and the other had sprinkles ,like from a birthday cake *

* The bathroom faucet was caked in white water build up , the mirror was not polished , drip marks everywhere. Nasty yellow stains inside freezer like something was spilled and never cleaned, mini fridge had black dirt inside of it. The Pictures when booking did not match what the room turned out to be. The owner wasn't at the front desk most times and made it hard to check out a bit earlier than 11 a.m.

After reading more reviews online , I see why this place has a low rating. We won't be returning ever again.

Cons:

Pas très propre: mur/tapis/planchers/miroir très sale/collant/poussiéreux

Overall, it was a good experience for an affordable budget.
Pros:

I stayed at this motel for a night and had a good experience. The room was clean, and the AC worked perfectly. It was quiet, and I didn't hear any loud noises during the night. The staff was kind and checked to see if I had any questions. The location was also great. it's close to McDonald's and Loblaws, and within a 15 minute driving distance to anywhere in Kingston. I will definitely stay at this place again.

This motel simply has the basics of what you need.
