Loved the location, staff was friendly, and the hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were taking a road trip to visit family and needed to restock on water and ice. The fact that the hotel is located next to Sams and two amazing restaurants of you don't want to cook was a cherry on top

I know nothing about the neighborhood, but it tells me a lot that the front door is locked 24/7. Our suite smelled heavily of mildew, even with the air conditioning running full blast. Would stay elsewhere next time.

DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Stay anywhere else in Fayetteville.

I am focusing this review specifically on customer service — or the complete lack of it — at this establishment.

My reservation was wrongfully canceled by the hotel, and Jennifer Lane, who identified herself as an Assistant Manager, informed me that the reservation would need to be rebooked and that the original booking would be refunded. That refund was never processed.

Over the course of several phone calls and emails, Jennifer Lane repeatedly misrepresented her ability and willingness to correct the issue and issue the refund. After multiple frustrating attempts to resolve the matter directly with the hotel, I ultimately had to escalate the situation to Marriott Bonvoy Corporate in order to finally receive reimbursement.

This situation resulted in both myself and members of my family being double charged. Even more concerning was the continued lack of honesty and accountability throughout the process — not only toward me, but also toward Marriott representatives involved in resolving the issue.

To the management at IMM Hotels: I strongly encourage you to review Jennifer Lane’s conduct and employment history. Her lack of professionalism, competence, and accountability reflects poorly on your company and negatively impacts your guests’ experiences.

I would strongly discourage anyone from staying at this property.

Spacious, clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, and close proximity to dining and shopping

The suites are so comfortable and well-equiped for extended stays. And the staff, from check-in to the breakfast staff to housekeeping and maintenance staff, are pleasant, professional and ready to make your stay perfect!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their hospitality was a welcome to a weary traveler. Rooms were comfortable, clean and provided everything needed for a perfect stay. We traveled with our dog, and the outdoor area was perfect. Once again the staff was kind and friendly to our puppy. Morning coffee was delicious, and without hesitation will stay there again on our next travel to Florida.

The TownePlace suites at cross creek in Fayetteville NC is the only place I would stay. I stay there at least once per month over the last 2 years, and am blown away at the service I receive. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and hardworking. The rooms are always clean, and it’s convenient to downtown and the mall. Highly recommend.

Great staff, great location with a lot of options to eat or explore, my only concern about this place is outdated the rooms need to be renovated with a new furniture…

The rooms are nice it’s great to be able to cook. Mariots always have the nicest staff but there isn’t a single staff member here that has gave me an issue all great people and super helpful.

The staff here was amazing, super friendly, super helpful and full of positive vibes and great energy!! I hope to come back very soon!!
