Ok room and breakfast, no internet and no heated pool

Treated poorly because I booked outside of the hotel chain through a third party

Facilities were nice and location was good

Cons:

I didn't like how i was treated and my requests where ignored. The carpeting was damp. The containers in the shower were empty so i couldn't use any of that. I had originally booked one night. Started to have difficulty getting my questions answered. No response from property. Booking.com had made several attempts to contact. When I got there my questions and concerns were diverted to the same GM that wouldn't call me or speak with me. I reluctantly did two nights of waiting for a response on if i could cancel or rebook. Nothing was said. The front desk was dismissive and rude so I took it at that and left.

Pros:

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was close to all the activities we were doing in town.

Cons:

The breakfast. While there were a lot of choices, the set up was not user-friendly. It didn't have a good flow so everyone was on top of each other trying to find napkins etc. The coffee station, while great for the 24 hour station was terrible during breakfast due to the tiny space it was in. The coffee ran out twice and there was no room once you poured your coffee to add cream and or sugar. The line was long. Just a bad set up. But the food was decent and the coffee was good.
