The name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorization form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card.

A compulsory New Year’s Eve dinner on 31 December 2026 is included in the room rate for 2 people per room.

For any additional guests, an extra charge of THB 5,500 per adult and THB 2,750 per child (aged 4–11 years) will apply. Payment is to be made directly at the hotel upon check-in.

Großartige Architektur, aber das muss man mögen....
Pros:

Eine sehr ausgefallene Anlage. Ich bin ehrlich: das muss man mögen. Die Architektur ist schon sehr schön, aber durch den Beton wirkt das zumindest auf mich sehr erdrückend. Großer Pool, aber eben umgeben von Häusern aus Beton und ohne Blick aufs Meer. Da hatten wir auf Koh Chang schon weitaus schönere Anlagen. Der Strand ist ganz schön, aber auch hier gibt's schönere auf Koh Chang. Aber der Strand ist zumindest lang, breit, ohne Steine und man kann weit reinlaufen ins Wasser. Das Frühstück ist super. Die Zimmer sind groß und das Badezimmer schon gigantisch, aber eben alles aus Beton, dunkel und wirkt auf mich eher kühl. Leider war es in unserem Zimmer super muffig und selbst die Duftöllampen haben den Geruch nicht überdeckt. Durch die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit war es gefühlt auch überall feucht im Zimmer. Also von der Architektur großartig, aber kühl gebaut...

Cons:

Das Zimmer war super muffig. Trotz Duftlampen ganz schlechte Luft.
Der Pool ist umgeben von großen Häusern, zu erdrückend für mich.

Exceptional, everything was spot on. Loved The Dewa and we will return.
Pros:

The Dewa is an exceptional resort, the room, the food, pool and dining were all absolutely superb. I could not fault the staff or the facilities - absolutely wonderful and I can heartily recommend The Dewa. We will be back!

Cons:

If I had to be really critical - and I mean really critical - I would say the music down at the beach front could be a bit more lively. It was like elevator music a lot of the time! One other thing - protect yourself from the sand flies - never mind the mosquitoes, the sand flies are horrible little things and you WILL get bitten.

Pros:

The staff were very nice and helpful. The room is spacious and comfy. The pool is huge and the beach is not bad. Breakfast has anything you’ll need.

Cons:

It’s not that close to many things. If you don’t have a scooter/ car then you’ll have to walk a bit to the nearest 7/11 but there are more restaurants and shops that are not walking distance.
