でも、値段もリーズナブルで駅近で良かったです。
Pros:

地下鉄の駅も近いし、博多駅くら地下道で8分くらいでいけるところは便利。
部屋がリニューアルしていてキレイ。
パジャマの交換や部屋の交換などすぐに対応してもらえました。

Cons:

冷房が効かず、たまにそんなことがあるってことでした。
運良く部屋を変えてもらえましたが、そのままだったら外と同じでした。
パジャマにモロモロがついてて落ちてきて、気持ち悪かった。
部屋に電話がなくて、フロントへの連絡を携帯で外線でしました。
