very good location, small cozy apartments
Excellent location and helpful friendly staff. I would imagine the old town has noise problems but this location was good. Lots of nearby bars and restaurants right in the heart of the Jewish quarter.
The bedroom was small and a bit tired. I noticed that they had bigger rooms but they don’t appear to be offered on booking.com. I would rather pay a bit more and have a bigger room.
Stayed for three nights. Arrived 9 pm first night. Meet by receptionist, which a 24 hour setup. Given a good brief and the staff are very polite and professional.
Our room was front facing, which was very spacious. We had twin beds, which we found no really comfortable and the pillows were too soft, no support for neck. The room are dated but its part of the hotel setup, which is quite quirky. The street outside can be loud but it a route through Jewish quarter to the bars and eating areas.
The breakfast was really lovely, a mix of hot and continental.
Dans le quartier juif de Cracovie ! Un environnement exceptionnel !
Du personnel d’une grande gentillesse.
Hôtel parfaitement placé.
Rien ! Il n’y a rien à reprocher !
Quarto amplo e aconchegante.
Location
We were met by a not-so-nice receptionist who seemed not to care much about our stay. I asked if we could leave the luggage in the hotel at the check-out, because our bus home was in the evening, and she was reluctant to answer. There is an option to leave it, though, in a room that doesn't lock up right next to the entrance. So if you are ok with that, you could take a risk.
The bath and the room itself need renovation.
Really comfy bed, the air conditioning was great, plenty of room, quiet outside, nice breakfast
The shower head flooded the bathroom in room 123
Great location, also great breakfast.
Room average, comfortable beds, one electrical socket working and average customer service. Overall reasonable for the price.
Soggiorno ottimo.
Polecam.
Wszystko Ok.
What a lovely hotel
Very comfy beds well kept and very clean
Staff went above and beyond for you
We stayed for 3 nights and was put of this world
Short distance to everything (its in the old Jewish square) wr however had no trouble getting everywhere we wanted to visit
Breakfast however was the only let down if you love continental perfect if you require a full English not so good, however me I love nothing more than toast with scrambled egg
The bread wasn't what ive had abroad before and the scrambled egg was so over warmed it was like chewing rubber
We ate first morning but didnt go back rest of stay
We would deffo stay here again bit without breakfast option
