Really enjoyed our stay and will book this hotel again when we plan our return to krakow
Pros:

Excellent location, staff helpful and friendly, beds comfortable, shower is nice and powerful and the breakfast room is lovely with food to match

Cons:

The lift was small and slow but I didn’t find it a problem as I’m ok with stairs

Posizione Ottima!
Zona molto tranquilla, in pochi minuti si arriva alle attrazioni principali, ricca di bar e ristoranti.
A pochi passi si trovano i taxi e i mezzi pubblici e il punto di ritrovo pe tutti i tour organizzati dalle più conosciute agenzie.
Colazione varia tra dolce e salato più che soddisfacente.

Cons:

Hotel molto cupo, arredamenti, moquette,tende dai colori scuri, abbiamo notato poca pulizia e cura nei dettagli.
Il riassetto della camera viene effettuata solo "su richiesta" entro le ore 11 del giorno stesso, che cmq è compreso nel costo finale del soggiorno.
Leggendo le precedenti recensioni pensavamo di trovare una struttura migliore sotto questi aspetti.

Pros:

posizione ottima, è in una palazzina storica del quartiere ebraico con uno dei bagni di purificazione della religione ebraica ancora in uso. La colazione fantastica.

Cons:

La pulizia della stanza e del bagno sono da migliorare , le tende erano sporche e la moquette...
Inoltre è la prima volta che devo richiedere esplicitamente che si ripulisca la stanza tutti i giorni di premanenza.

Hotel tranquillo, buona la posizione in poco tempo raggiungibile il centro della città.
La colazione buona e abbondante sia dolce che salata.

Cons:

La moquette nella stanza ormai obsoleta.
Stanza non molto grande per essere matrimoniale! Era più una camera con letto singolo!
