Staying was friendly and helpful.
We were disappointed by the way the hotel handled an issue after checkout.
We received a call asking about a carpet stain in our room. We had no knowledge of the stain or how it occurred. The only drinks we had were the bottled waters provided by the hotel, and we understand the stain was between the two beds, where the space is very narrow and we did not drink anything.
We understand the hotel needs to deal with genuine damage, but we were uncomfortable being contacted after checkout about something we had never noticed or caused. Hotel guests do not normally complete a condition report when checking in, so it is difficult to prove that an unexplained stain was not already there.
We have another booking at this hotel, but this experience has made us concerned that we may need to photograph everything on arrival simply to protect ourselves from being held responsible for pre-existing issues.
We hope the hotel will reconsider how these situations are handled

staff were friendly and knowledgeable and spoke English
Very near to the airport and they have their own shuttle bus every 20 minutes which is very convenient. It's very easy to find the bus stop at the airport. The hotel and the rooms are in Chinese traditions - very glamorous and beautiful. Reception speaks English, waiters - no.
Food is terrible, I could it rice only.
Beds were comfortable. The reception and porter was very attentive. Great to have the free shuttle bus that ran 24/7 with a very friendly driver.
The room smelled of smoke and I couldn't get into the pool as I had to buy a shower cap just for a 1 night stay where I was able to borrow one at the other Hilton. I only had a choice then to use the jacuzzi which was a bath in the women's shower room and wasn't very pleasant.
Everything was incredible. Great shuttle buss and wonderful staff and decor in the hotel

English speaking staff, no alternative light small breakfast options for early departures before the actual buffet starts, bar choice in the lounge was limited

За сутки до заселения мы получили письмо с подробной инструкцией как добраться до отеля на бесплатном шатле из терминала 3 и 2. Шатлы ходят регулярно. Заселение прошло быстро. Весь персонал, начиная с водителя шатла, менеджеров на ресепшене, горничные, обслуживание на завтраке-все доброжелательны, профессиональны и максимально полезны. Номер просторный, безупречно чистый, кровать удобная, ночью тихо. Завтрак на любые предпотчения.
