Excellent location, amazing breakfast, clean rooms. We appreciated the sound isolating windows and the nice interior design of early 20th century New York. The good playlist in the restaurant and the Marshall speakers in the rooms were a nice addition.
Location was perfect for shopping, restaurants & transport. Room was big & comfortable. Staff were helpful & friendly. We liked everything!

The staff at reception were exceptionally and genuinely kind. Sofia especially was very helpful and provided us tips of places to visit, restaurants and breakfast cafes.

Great location and friendly staff
The hotel is aesthetically pleasing - very well decorated and the breakfast was delicious and big! Beds were comfortable and the free water and coffee in the room was lovely. Right in the middle of everything, including several subway stops.
I've seen other reviews about the strangeness of the shower and I thought they were being picky, but now I agree. The shower in my room was in the hallway on the way to the bathroom. There was no light and no hooks to hang your towel. I had to either walk to the bathroom soaking wet to get a towel or store it on the floor while I showered. Not ideal. All this could be fixed by 1) adding a light in the hall in front of the shower 2) adding hooks next to or across from the shower for towels; and 3) adding a sliding door that separates the room from the shower hall. I travelled alone but I imagine if you were not alone, you might want a door separating the shower hall from the bedroom. Easy fixes for the hotel. We'll see if it is done or if it fits within their aesthetic.

Lisbon’a 8-10 kere gelmişizdir heralde ama bundan daha merkezi olamaz hiç birisi:) Daha önce kalmış olduğumuz bütün otellerin dahi ortasında, o karar merkezi diyeyim.
