Great price for great location, decent unit, and welcoming staff!
Pros:

I liked that they had a good variety of dried fruit, walnuts, and Nutella for breakfast because I’m vegan so I was satisfied with the selection. Also the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Furniture could be a bit updated. Netflix option would be nice. Curtain around tub/shower would be nice as well.

Outstanding welcome and service.
Pros:

We were very tired after a long overnight flight. Jazz and Audrey were very warm, friendly and very accommodating.
We would definitely recommend this hotel, excellent location, great staff and value for money.

Pour une ou deux nuits, acceptable mais pas incroyable.
Pros:

- La réceptionniste à l'enregistrement était très sympathique. Elle nous a appelé pour nous prévenir que la chambre était prête plus tôt.
- Agréable d'avoir l'ai conditionné dans la chambre.

Cons:

- Chambre vétuste.
- Moquette.
- Petit déjeuner presque vide à 9h.
- Air conditionné dans la chambre fait trop de bruit.
- Bruit de carte de chambre des voisins (bip bip bip) toute la nuit.
- Chambre trop chère pour un 3 étoiles !

Suited our 1 night stay purpose, before moving to our holiday destination.
Pros:

The hotel was well situated for Nice Centre and the promenade area. A 3 minute walk from the nearest tram stop.

Cons:

Our room was compact and bijou and could of done with a little updating. The bed though was very comfy.
Tea and Coffee facilities would have been nice.
