L’accueil, la situation géographique pour prendre le ferry le matin tôt.
Chambre un peu petite mais suffisante
Bonjour,
Quand nous sommes arrivés un homme à la réception pas aimable du tout. Il nous donne la chambre qui ne correspondait pas vraiment au photo vue mais bon, une salle de bain vétuste mais bon encore 😤, une clim qui ne fonctionnait pas enfin qui soufflait de l’air…. Chaud et pour finir avec des cafards😡, je descends donc trouver une solution et là se charment monsieur me répond « vous voulez que je fasse j’ai pas de pistolet » je commence donc à près de 23h30 voir rouge et lui demande de trouver, au vu du prix pour 2 jours de trouver une solution. Il nous a donc installé dans une chambre en bas entre la réception et la bagagerie avec cette fois un cafard mais plus petit.
Je trouve donc pour le prix de environ 340€ pour 2 nuits très ça vraiment pas recommandable 😡
J’ai mis du temps à envoyer un avis car je voulais pas porter préjudice au autre membre du personnel qui eux ont été très agréable notamment la responsable.

Très bien placé (connaissant un peu le quartier j’avais peur du bruit, mais la chambre insonorisée était parfaite), clim à la bonne température, bon petit déjeuner, accueil vraiment soucieux, gentil et impeccable. Merci encore !
La salle de bain est peut-être le point négatif. Baignoire peu pratique, sans rideau de douche ou vitre, et très haute.

Душ,чистые полотенца, круглосуточно можно воспользоваться кофе машиной, йогурты..
Мы очень довольны, рекомендую всем этот отель.....

Stanza abbastanza grande, bagno con vasca, pulito, letto comodissimo
Arredamento poco curato, legni rovinati, scrivania con molti segni di usura, climatizzatore molto rumoroso x tutta la notte, la porta non si chiudeva dall'interno, la cosa più spiacevole è stata non avere un posto auto davanti alla struttura per lo scarico dei bagagli anche solo di 15 minuti.

My room: it was old, tiny, it was different from the pictures on booking, very simple. It was overpriced.
Aircondition funket ikke, vi ble fortalt av resepsjonisten at vi skulle ta kontakt med booking.com så ville vi få refundert beløpet for de første to nettene. Etter nesten to uker med kommunikasjon med booking.com sin kundeservice så nektet de å refundere noe

Qualité des chambres avec : soit une fuite de la climatisation au milieu de la chambre, accès à la baignoire compliquée car assez haute (vieille baignoire), vue sur une cour intérieure fermée et bruyante.
L’emplacement et le personnel
Vraiment très basic, on se sent pas très bien dans la chambre, pas de clim qui marche sous 40 degrés. Ce n’était que pour une nuit pour prendre un bateau le lendemain matin mais je n’aurais pas pu passer plus de temps
