This hotel is basic and in a good location - as long as you're not in a ground floor room it's fine.
Pros:

After switching rooms (see below), I received a room which was basic and small but fine. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. The room was bright, and I didn't hear too much noise from the street. The breakfast was fresh and varied.

The location is excellent - in the center near the tram and affordable food options but walking distance to the beach and other attractions (about 20 min).

Cons:

The first room I was assigned was uninhabitable - there was a smell of sewage, I couldn't open the window or blinds, and it was noisy. There was no ventilation at all. These things only became clear during my first night; when I first arrived, I was so exhausted from a long overnight journey and then missing my connection that I didn't notice everything immediately. The hotel should not lodge guests there. I immediately reported this to Booking whose staff tried to help regarding cancellation but the hotel would not provide compensation or flexibility with cancellation at that time. The next morning I asked to switch rooms, and the hotel gave me a better one.

While my second room was better, the walls were thin - I heard my neighbors' conversations very clearly! Also, it could use some refreshing (peeling paint, tired furniture, a little mold in bathroom).

Je suis très déçue par le rapport qualité prix.
Pros:

Emplacement correcte bien desservie par tous les transport, petit déjeuner assez correcte.

Cons:

chambre ne correspond pas di tout à les photos sur internet, sale de bain très mauvaise qualité.

Amour, gloire et beauté

C’est venu sonné à ma porte le lendemain après que j’ai prolongé
Et le pris du prolongement sur place et plus chère que prévu « je n’avais plus de batterie »
Il ne veulent pas prêté de chargeurs.
Il n’y a pas de coton tige tout ça les besoins de base, et il n’y a pas assez de choix concernant l’hygiène, j’ai lavé les cheveux ils sont sec.
Sinon on entend pas trop les voisins, c’est quand même bien desservie mais il faudrait mettre du choix concernant l’hygiène.

Великолепный завтрак и растянут по времени...,но чем позже приходишь,тем меньше еды!

Отсутствие парковки или льготных талонов на неё,хотя в шаговой доступности многоуровневая парковка. Можно было бы договориться с хозяивами парковки по льготной цене.

Give this one a miss.
Pros:

Don't be fooled by the photographs of the rooms. The one in which we stayed was nothing like this. It clearly had not been painted for years...YEARS. Half a blue wall, half white. Peeling paint everywhere. We had to shuffle sideways to get around the bottom of the bed (we ended up having to rearrange the furniture). At least the carpet was clean and the beds were comfy. The noise from the room next door was terrible. We heard snoring all night long, then loud talking on the mobile 'phone the next morning. We were also awoken by the construction works going on at the back of the hotel. The bathroom was tiny. I had to sit on the loo sideways because my knees got squished against the door. The bath is not a full-size bath. The shower worked fine and the water was hot, though. The walk in to town was about 15 mins or so. Most of the reception staff was very friendly, apart from one man who clearly doesn't like to communicate with guests.
