Cons:

Muy viejo, da sensación de sucio con la alfombra, el piso está totalmente en desnivel lo que me pareció muy extraño , falta mantenimiento.

Beautiful hotel, central location and amazing staff with great breakfast.
Pros:

Lovely hotel, centrally located. Room with lovely balcony as well. And aircon for hot summer comfort.
Sat on a balcony watching the sunset - beautiful.
With the most amazing staff. Especially Louise- went out of her way to help with my problem. Ever grateful for that.
Most amazing breakfast too.

Cons:

Everything was just fine.

Pros:

Good location.

Cons:

Very small bedroom.
No electric plugs in the bathroom, and no extra next to bedroom (we had to take out the bed lamp in order to change phones).
Breakfast with limited options, but food was ok.
Bathrub in our room was damaged.

L'hotel si trova a mezz'ora dalla promenade ed è facile da raggiungere. Si può percorrere anche l'immenso giardino che costeggia la strada.

Great location, great value for money, great breakfast. Rooms could benefit from refurb.

My room was good, decent size (but I think I got one of the larger ones of their standard room category), I saw some others during my stay which were smaller.

I was worried about the construction site to be seen on Google streetview adjacent to the hotel, but this is completely done. Instead, you have a beautiful park going all the way to Old Nice now directly beside the hotel.

Great breakfast !

I did not find my room noisy at all (and I am quite noise sensitive), and heard zero from my neighbours. Might have been just my room though (as other travelers mentioned thin walls - I cant confirm that).

Bed was very comfortable, white sheets and clean

Cons:

If you are looking for recent furniture and spotless carpets, this might not be the place for you. Furniture and carpets could def need a make-over. I was ok with this (taking into account the prices of other hotels in Nice at this time of the year).

Mosquito nets would be a good idea - I prefer the window open at nights, and got quite a few bites. (A/C was working fine, though, and kept my room cool, so I would not have had to open the window).

Horrible, just horrible
Pros:

We just arrived and are incredibly disappointed. When I booked the hotel I read reviews that described it as lovely and clean. It is neither. Our room is simply horrible. Stains on the carpet, scuffed walls and furniture, so cramped we had to put luggage on the bed to open it, air co ditioner that barely works, a lobby that is anything but welcoming, and dingy hallways. I wish we could cancel the rest of our nights and find a different place but I’m afraid it will be super difficult last minute. I am attending a conference and am embarrassed to tell anyone where I am staying lest they offer to meet me here.

This hotel is basic and in a good location - as long as you're not in a ground floor room it's fine.
Pros:

After switching rooms (see below), I received a room which was basic and small but fine. The bed was comfortable and the shower good. The room was bright, and I didn't hear too much noise from the street. The breakfast was fresh and varied.

The location is excellent - in the center near the tram and affordable food options but walking distance to the beach and other attractions (about 20 min).

Cons:

The first room I was assigned was uninhabitable - there was a smell of sewage, I couldn't open the window or blinds, and it was noisy. There was no ventilation at all. These things only became clear during my first night; when I first arrived, I was so exhausted from a long overnight journey and then missing my connection that I didn't notice everything immediately. The hotel should not lodge guests there. I immediately reported this to Booking whose staff tried to help regarding cancellation but the hotel would not provide compensation or flexibility with cancellation at that time. The next morning I asked to switch rooms, and the hotel gave me a better one.

While my second room was better, the walls were thin - I heard my neighbors' conversations very clearly! Also, it could use some refreshing (peeling paint, tired furniture, a little mold in bathroom).

Emplacement correcte bien desservie par tous les transport, petit déjeuner assez correcte.

Cons:

chambre ne correspond pas di tout à les photos sur internet, sale de bain très mauvaise qualité.
