Très bon accueil et chambre agréable.
Pros:

Très bien placé (connaissant un peu le quartier j’avais peur du bruit, mais la chambre insonorisée était parfaite), clim à la bonne température, bon petit déjeuner, accueil vraiment soucieux, gentil et impeccable. Merci encore !

Cons:

La salle de bain est peut-être le point négatif. Baignoire peu pratique, sans rideau de douche ou vitre, et très haute.

Все понравилось, персонал приятный, доброжелательный.В номере кондиционер,что очень важно в такую жаркую погоду.
Уборка в номере каждый день.
Душ,чистые полотенца, круглосуточно можно воспользоваться кофе машиной, йогурты..
Мы очень довольны, рекомендую всем этот отель.....

Stanza abbastanza grande, bagno con vasca, pulito, letto comodissimo

Cons:

Arredamento poco curato, legni rovinati, scrivania con molti segni di usura, climatizzatore molto rumoroso x tutta la notte, la porta non si chiudeva dall'interno, la cosa più spiacevole è stata non avere un posto auto davanti alla struttura per lo scarico dei bagagli anche solo di 15 minuti.

Nice hotel for one night
Pros:

Nice staff, free water in the lobby, clean, quiet, 25 nice walk to the beach through the gorgeous park and old Nice. Uber to the train station - 12 euros

Cons:

My room: it was old, tiny, it was different from the pictures on booking, very simple. It was overpriced.

Aircondition funket ikke, vi ble fortalt av resepsjonisten at vi skulle ta kontakt med booking.com så ville vi få refundert beløpet for de første to nettene. Etter nesten to uker med kommunikasjon med booking.com sin kundeservice så nektet de å refundere noe

le plus : situation géographique et accès aux transports

Cons:

Qualité des chambres avec : soit une fuite de la climatisation au milieu de la chambre, accès à la baignoire compliquée car assez haute (vieille baignoire), vue sur une cour intérieure fermée et bruyante.

Décevant mais bon emplacement et personnel gentil
Pros:

L’emplacement et le personnel

Cons:

Vraiment très basic, on se sent pas très bien dans la chambre, pas de clim qui marche sous 40 degrés. Ce n’était que pour une nuit pour prendre un bateau le lendemain matin mais je n’aurais pas pu passer plus de temps
