Der Blick wirklich sehr schön

Extrem in die Jahre gekommen und Preis/Leistung ist nicht angemessen… hier muss dringend mal investiert werden… die Badezimmer und Teppiche und überhaupt….

Schöne Lage, Zimmer mit tollem Seeblick, gutes Frühstück

Cons:

Der Service im Restaurant war sehr schlecht. Teilweise ungeübtes und unfreundliches Personal. Die Küche war nicht in der Lage ein Rumpsteak Medium zuzubereiten, beim 2. Anlauf war es dann Medium aber ohne jegliche Röstaromen da nur im Ofen zubereitet (35 €). Der Zwiebelrostbraten, ebenfalls viel zu durch, voller Flexen und fast keine Zwiebeln. Insgesamt schlechtes Preis -Leistungsverhältnis.

Pros:

Frühstück und Personal waren sehr gut!!
Ein wenig mehr Sauberkeit wäre wünschenswert.
Die Lage war sehr gut, der Pool hätte 1-2 Grad wärmer sein können.

War okay für unsere Zwecke zum Fahrradfahren
Pros:

Schöne Aussicht aber durch den Berg nicht gerade zentral zur Altstadt. Eher abgelegen und ruhig. Für das Reha Zentrum gegenüber aber zu empfehlen um Patienten zu besuchen. Top Frühstück Personal sowas von zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit selten gesehen.

Cons:

Eher unfreundliche Abend Bedienung. Harsch und nicht zuvorkommend wenn es um Plätze auf der schönen Terrasse geht. Das ganze Hotel ist halt schon gut in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Sanierung vertragen.

Enttäuschendes Hotel; Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht

Veraltetes Hotel mit dringendem Modernisierungebedarf.
Bei Ankunft am Samstag Abend gegen 18.30 Uhr sehr unfreundliche junge Mitarbeiterin am Empfang. Keine freundliche Begrüßung, kein nettes Wort, sondern barsches Abfragen der Personalien, danach bekommt man einen Lageplan in die Hand gedrückt und sucht sich den sehr komplizierten Weg zum Zimmer über drei Aufzüge und mehrere Gänge und Abzweigungen selbst, wobei man sich zwangsläufig verirrt.
Altmodischer, teils fleckiger Teppichboden, der wirkt wie aus den 80er Jahren, im ganzen Hotel. Im unseren beiden Zimmern auch sehr gebraucht wirkender teils verschmutzter Teppichboden.
Im Aufzug eine bevormundend wirkende „Frühstücksampel“, die zum Frühstück zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr aufruft, da zu dieser Uhrzeit das „Frühstücksaufkommen“ am niedrigsten ist.
Wirkt teilweise wie ein Altersheim oder ein veraltetes Hotel aus den 80er Jahren.

Lage und Blick auf den See.
Schwimmbad im Haus, sehr gute Küche.

Cons:

Betrifft micht dss Hotel sondern die Therme.
Bis 22:00 gebucht und die Hastro war ab 19:00 geschlossen, gleich wieder ausgecheckt.
