Bon week end relaxant
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Je suis handicapée et j'ai eu une chambre PMR très bien équipée. Le personnel était aux petits soins avec nous. La situation au calme et dans la nature très bien et on a pu faire des ballades autour de l'hôtel avec mon fauteuil roulant sans problème. La Piscine aussi est bien équipé. Merci encore au personnel que se soit à la réception ou au restaurant.

Ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Zimmer, Panorama Suite, war außergewöhnlich gut, der Blick auf den See fantastisch

Cons:

Nicht gefallen hat uns, das es ein offenes WLAN gibt, in das man sich jeden Morgen einwählen muss, das ist ärgerlich und wenn man nebenher noch arbeitet, wäre ein geschütztes WLAN mit Passwort, wesentlich besser.

Pros:

Reception staff were the most unwelcoming of all our hotel stays in our month of travelling France Switzerland Italy and Germany.
We had to take 3 elevators on 3 different levels to reach our room and when we got there the room was a dreadful position and we requested another room… reception were not happy at the request and gave us another room with a view that faced a brick wall.
The air conditioning did not work! The only staff interested in guests were the staff serving at breakfast.
The hotel is in dire need of refurbishment and looks like it was last done 20 years ago.
We would never stay there again!

Vergammelter Holzboden am Balkon, Fremde Haare am Badboden, kein Shuttle Service wie auf Booking beschrieben, insgesamt altes Haus mit wenig Charme

Alles in allem schön aber mit Kritikpunkten
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach toll. Die Zimmer sind ok, könnten hier und eine Auffrischung erfahren. Preise für das Essen sind schon teuer und die Speisekarte könnte etwas umfangreicher sein. Was mich doch sehr gestört hat, war das Verhalten einer Gruppe aus dem arabischen Raum. Benehmen und Rücksicht auf andere Gäste war da nicht angesagt. Diese Gäste wurden von vorne bis hinten bedient, währenddessen die anderen Gäste auf der Terrasse nicht mehr bedient wurden. Da fühlt man sich als Gast zweiter Wahl. Das hat viele andere Gäste auch sehr gestört.

Schön, aber im Preis-Leistunsverhältnis zu teuer
Pros:

Sehr gutes, reichhaltiges und abwechslungsreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Toller Saunabereich. Schwimmbad zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber trotzdem sehr schön. Liegewiese außen mit traumhaftem Seeblick.

Cons:

Sauberkeit der Zimmerreinigung. Bad ziemlich alt, Wassertemperatur schwankt stets zwischen kalt und sehr heiß, abhängig von den Zimmern/der Badbenutzung im Stockwerk darüber. Sehr instabiles Internet!

Zimmerwechsel vom Parterre in den 2. Stock, grandiose Aussicht, Frühstücksbuffet, sehr nettes Personal, Busticket in Gästekarte integriert, Bushaltestelle in wenigen Schritten erreichbar

Cons:

Im Zimmer: Dusche mit Schimmel an Duschkabine und Brausenhalter.
Beim Hallenbad sprangen Kinder quer ins Becken und tauchten auf, wo Leute ihre Längen schwammen, Gekreische der Kinder die Eltern guckten nur blöd rum, auch hier Schimmel am Beckenrand, wo das Wasser ablaufen kann.
