Pros:

At checkout we were charged again for the room (which was prepaid) without asking us. Otherwise, the staff was courteous and helpful

Cons:

Rooms need to be seriously updated, elevators are a death trap, lobbies and hallways are CREEPY!!!

A pleasant relaxing stay after a long day

A very exciting experience being able to book so close to the airport yet far enough that planes were not heard at night, Staff were great and attentive to all my inquiries

Convenient location; clean and had decent amenities.
Pros:

Like them room, though shower kept overflowing on to the bathroom floor tiles. Liked the fact that there was a restaurant. Would have also liked a bar that was open earlier than 6 pm. Restaurant service was very good.

Cons:

Nothing really in walking distance open in day time. Found one restaurant about 20 minutes down the road who took advantage of tourists with $14/pp service fee and an added table fee for three pieces of bread. Food at restaurant was just ok. Not great Italian food.

Good value for one night stay
Pros:

Good location with easy to use shuttle. The room was quite small with two twin beds that were also small. The bathroom was very small. Everything was clean. The restaurant was supprisingly good. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good value for a one night stay.

Cons:

The room was not as clean as it should have been, and the overall condition of the property felt quite basic. Considering the price, I expected a much higher standard of accommodation and service. Unfortunately, I do not feel that the hotel offers good value for money.
