Pros:

Wir waren jetzt zum 2. Mal im Diadora und unsere Erwartungen wurden wieder erfüllt bzw. übererfüllt:
1) Check in sehr freundlich, professionell und schnell.
2) Familienzimmer mit Kletterwand und Netz. Jeden Tag Handtuchwechsel und eine Flasche Mineralwasser aufs Zimmer. Das Bad ist soweit geräumig und die begehbare Dusche ist sehr praktisch.
3) Sowohl das Frühstücks- als auch das Abendbuffet sucht seinesgleichen. Tolle Auswahl in sehr hoher Qualität. Das Karlovacko vom Fass ist da noch der Extrapluspunkt
4) Handtücher für den Pool können einfach entnommen werden.
5) Spa Bereich: Die Massage die ich gebucht habe war sehr gut.
6) Und natürlich das Falky-Land für alle Alterstufen 😀

Cons:

Dafür kann das Hotel per se nichts, aber in der Vorsaison werden die Poolkarten noch ohne Karte ausgegeben, dadurch denke manche Gäste sie müssten die Handtücher am Abend nicht zurückbringen und lassen sie am Pool zurück.

Posebna prostorija sa slatkisima i kolacima

Cons:

Radovi i buka u objektu pored def su smanjili cjelokupni dojam. Imala sam veca ocekivanja za novac koji je utrošen. Bili smo u nekoliko family hotela koji su svojim sadrzajima nekako ostavili bolji dojam
Soba sa slatkim me odusevila ali ako se ne ode po kolac cim otvore, kasnije nema 🤷‍♀️

Pros:

Das erste Mal in Kroatien in einem 5-Sterne Hotel Urlaub gemacht. Sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Sehr sauber, durchdacht, super Sportangebot, das Essen einfach köstlich, für Allergiker und Menschen mit Unverträglichkeit eine tolle Auswahl. Nicht nur die Kinder fühlen sich hier wohl. Es gab absolut nichts zu bemängeln.

Sehr schönes Familienhotel für Kleinkinder
Pros:

Wir waren schon in verschiedenen Falkensteiner Hotels. Dieses wurde 2022 renoviert und zum 5 Sterne Hotel deklariert und ist sehr schön, insbesondere auch die Lage an der Strandpromenade.

Auffällig nett war der Service im Restaurant und House Keeping. Das Zimmer war auch sehr geräumig und das Essen überwiegend sehr gut, nur manchmal etwas kalt al Abend- In anderen Falkensteiner Hotels war teilweise eine bessere Getränkeauswahl inklusive (Wein, Bier, Cola musste man bezahlen).

Es handelt sich um ein absolutes Familienhotel, vor allem für Kinder unter 10. Dem geschuldet natürlich auch mit Lärm und Trubel, damit muss man rechnen, sowohl im Pool als auch beim Essen.

Wir waren in der Nebensaison, zur Hauptsaison könnte es eng werden mit Tischen und Liegen.

Cons:

Für Kinder über 10 keine (kostenfreien) Aktivitäten, insbesondere schade, dass auch die Tennisplätze Geld kosten. Unser größter Kritikpunkt ist, dass im Online Weekly Programm Aktivitäten wie Paddle für die Falcons (größere Kinder) angepriesen wurden (ebenso auf dem großen Monitor vor dem Restaurant während unseres Aufenthalts), die für unsere Kinder interessant gewesen wären, die es aber nicht gab (nach Anfrage bei Rezeption und Falky Land sei das Programm, das aktuell beworben werde, falsch).

Trinkgeld wird beim Check Out auf die Rechnung gesetzt, ist aber eine persönliche Sache, man sollte es nicht aktiv ausbuchen müssen.

Auf dem Gelände wird gebaut und auf den Baustellenlärm sollte man unseres Erachtens hinweisen und dafür irgendeine Kompensation gewähren/zB ein Freigetränk pro Tag - uns hat er nicht gross gestört, wir hatten aber auch ein Zimmer abseits.

Beautiful holiday destination
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff. Bedrooms clean and tidy. Hotel lovely and beautiful scenery of the beach. Lovely stroll around the complex and sunset by the beach. Building work going on around the complex but you could not hear the noise and it was not disruptive.
Food amazing, everything and more you could eat.
Children’s entertainment rooms were fun, soft play, games room, outside play area. Though it’s not in the shade so full time sun the slides were too hot to go on but early morning and evening it was ok for kids to use.

Cons:

No fizzy during meal times. Alcohol and fizzy drinks extra cost. The flooring around the pool, the resin has come away and it was uncomfortable walking on especially near the pool slide area.

Insgesamt sehr nettes Personal. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vom Bademeister Marko. Er sorgte jederzeit für Ordnung und Sauberkeit.

Alles super, außer die Betten. Die sind leider etwas zu hart.

Neverjeten zajtrk in večerja...res lep družinski hotel oz. resort.

Resort je pač velik kar pomeni večje razdalje, npr. od morja, ampak drugače ne more biti. Torej ni minus.
