They didn’t take cash and had it hold a huge sum on my debit card which was clearly explained to me that will fall off in few days .

Even though no money will be lost, i didn’t find it comfortable

Pros:

I am very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and overall very unprofessional.

We were told that breakfast was included, but when we arrived we found out that it was only covered by $25 vouchers. We could only choose items up to that amount, and anything beyond it had to be paid for separately. This was never explained to us beforehand and felt very misleading.

I also asked if it was possible to have slippers for the room, and I was simply told that the hotel doesn’t provide them. For a hotel in this category and at this price, I find that completely unacceptable.

Overall, the service did not match the standards you would expect from a hotel like this. Considering how much we paid, the experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend staying here.
