Do not bring your dog into the closed part of the restaurant, pool or wellness area. Keep your dog on a leash during your stay and also please bring evidence of your dog’s vaccination.

Odlican hotel 😊
Pros:

Prekrasan hotel uz samu setnicu i plazu, besplatne lezaljke od hotela na plazi, jako fini dorucak i izrazito ljubazno osoblje uvijek spremno pomoci :) posebna pohvala gospodinu Hristijanu sa recepcije i sobarici Miri koji su nas boravak ucinili jos ljepsim :)

Pros:

Fenomenalan hotel!
Jako ljubazno osoblje, Hristijan najbolji domacin Jadrana. Pohvale za kuhare, za cistace, konobare.. Parking i lezaljke osigurani. Bravo!

Four days wasted on what should have been vacation time. Don’t make our mistake.
Pros:

The staff did a decent job and clearly tried to compensate for the BlueSun hotel’s network systemic failures

Cons:

Common areas: The atrium—your only escape from the room—closes at 11 PM. You’re not politely asked to leave. You’re evicted onto the roadside where drunk tourists swarm and noise never stops. No quiet space, no respect for guests who simply want to sit in peace.

Breakfast: The worst meal I’ve experienced across all hotels ever. Moldy berries served without apology, pathetically minimal selection, stale bread, weak coffee. You’re paying premium prices for third-rate food. It’s insulting.

Overall atmosphere: Counting down hours to escape. Every day felt like a sentence, not a vacation. We weren’t relaxing—we were enduring.

The real problem: BlueSun’s entire model is guest exploitation. Maximum revenue, minimum investment in comfort or dignity. Friends at other BlueSun properties reported identical experiences. This isn’t a chain—it’s a cash extraction operation.

Fantastisk hotell med en unik beliggenhet.
Pros:

Elsker dette hotellet- maten, beliggenheten og hele atmosfæren.
Gjort litt endringer siden sist vi var der i 2024, nå har de innført litt buffet sammen med ala carte meny. En fin kombinasjon. Rent og fint og meget hyggelig hotell.

Cons:

Denne gangen hadde vi en stor altan, men den var dessverre lite i bruk. Da støy og matos/røyk fra nabo hotellet ødela litt av kosen der.

Celkově velmi příjemná dovolená
Pros:

Hotel je v bezprostřední blízkosti pláže a poskytuje zdarma lehátka a slunečníky hotelovým hostům.
Hotel je menší, útulný, čistý, pokoje jsou velmi pohodlné, matrace taktéž. Velikým plusem byla 100% funkční klimatizace se snadným ovládáním.
Snídaně byly chutné a bohaté. Jídla z hotelové restaurace jsou velmi chutná.
Personál v naprosté většině případů velice milý, pánové na recepci velice ochotní a nápomocní.
Hotel má své parkoviště (bohužel velice omezená kapacita)

Cons:

Pláž před hotelem bohužel není hotelová, takže v bezprostřední blízkosti lehátek je spousta nehotelových návštěvníků pláže, a těch je tam v hlavní sezóně skutečně hodně.
Obrovská spousta lidí všude.
Hotel sice má své parkoviště, počet míst je ovšem velmi omezený.

Mnogo šarmantan i ugodan hotel za parove, a vjerujem i najljepši u Tučepima.

U hotel Kaštelet smo došli povodom našeg medenog mjeseca, htjeli smo neki lijep i romantiča hotel uz samu plažu i to smo i dobili. Zaista, mnogo šarmantan i ugodan hotel za parove, a vjerujem i najljepši u Tučepima :)

Što se tiče čistoće, koja mi je čak i najvažnija, soba je zaista bila čista i uredna. Nisam do sada nikad boravila u ugodnijem i čišćem hotelu, što se mora baš pohvaliti. Moram od srca pohvaliti drage čistačice koje su svako jutro pospremale sobe i bile s osmijehom na raspolaganju za sve. Posebno želim spomenuti dragu Milu koja ima tako lijepu energiju i vidi se njena briga da udovolji i ispoštuje goste hotela. Hvala puno na tome.

Cijelo osoblje hotela je bilo izuzetno prijatno, a poseban utisak dobrodošlice daje Hristijan sa recepcije, koji zaslužuje sve pohvale za tako sjajan pristup. Dojam se stvara na samom dolasku, a mi smo zaista bili i ostali prezadovoljni našim izborom.

Mi smo imali polupansion sa doručkom i pored švedskog stola, moguće je poručiti doručak sa menija, a uz ovako divnu unutrašnju baštu svako jutro je započelo mirno i divno.

Poznato je da su Tučepi u sezoni baš puni, što malo može oduzeti čar odmora i privatnosti, ali je nama hotel ispunio sva očekivanja i ne kajemo se☺️ Tople preporuke!
