Postrežba je občasno "nefunkcionalna" ali neprofesionalna. Svetla izjema sta gospe iz Filipinov ,ki sta v primerjavi z ostalo postrežbo vrhunski gostiteljici ,kadarkoli v postrežbi.

Horší koupelna, možná málo fungovalo odvětrání, bylo cítit mokré ručníky

Zimmer etwas größer, Frühstücksbuffet. Man sitzt halt sehr in der Auslage. Der Strandweg geht direkt am Haus bzw Gastgarten vorbei.

Parking - This hotel is pricey, and parking is not included in the cost. There is not ample parking on this property for hotel guests - one of the staff had to ride with us in our car to a parking lot behind the property that definitely was not tied to the hotel. Cars were parked haphazardly and double parked - we were advised to park behind another car, and when we asked if this would be an issue, the staff member told us "it should be fine if you're only staying 1 night". This did not give us any confidence, and we weren't sure if we were going to be asked to move our car at any point during our stay. I'm fine to pay for parking, but not if the experience is like this.

Service - The service was BAD. The entire staff seemed completely uninterested in doing their jobs or providing any service whatsoever. They were neither attentive nor quick to respond to any of our needs during our stay. For example, when having dinner at the restaurant and trying to salt my (very bland) food and clearly struggling because the salt grinder isn't working, and 4 of the servers are watching me struggle and not approaching the table to assist, that's a problem. Again, this is a pricey hotel and I do expect at least the bare minimum, which I did not receive. In summary, all of the staff seemed annoyed to have to do anything at all, and there was absolutely zero initiative to provide any service unless asked.

Food - The food was bland and almost inedible. My partner ordered the tuna steak and it was very overcooked, to the point he didn't eat it. I ordered the chicken and it was also overcooked. At the start of our meal, we ordered a meat + cheese platter and had to ask for plates as there were none on our table.

Lastly, all of the images on booking.com and the hotel's website are misleading, and make it seem like a quiet and secluded beachfront property. Instead, the beach is PACKED with touristy chaos. Very little room to relax.

All was fine (Eggs Benedict were a little overdone on one day).
