Good.
Pros:

The location. It is really next door to Ueno station and one can walk to Ueno park from the hotel (after one gets rid off the shock from seeing the railway station which is very vast). The breakfast was superb (a lot of food and a more than filling meal.)

Cons:

I was on the second floor and the room I had was just opposite to the street. So I had to keep my curtains drawn for privacy.

駅に近いこと、コンビニ飲食店が便利。

Cons:

wifiの電波が致命的なくらい悪く何度も途切れてイライラします。ユニットバスが狭くかなり窮屈、体の大きい人は大変だと思います。宿泊料もタイミングによっては、めちゃくちゃ高いです。

Well locate and comfortable next to Ueno station.
Pros:

Beautiful lavender bath soda tablet on arrival and chocolate to have with a cup of tea. Set breakfast really good.

Will stay again!
Pros:
