Everything was nice the room clean the bed was so so nice had a good sleep shopping mall right there receptions she was very nice mind you I always stay there everytime I go to Auckland see yous in November 💗

Clean and tidy and great location, parking was great and cheap compared to most
Safe parking is available and its very cheap. Our room had washing machine and dry which is very convenient if your traveling light. Rooms are very comfortable and also great view of manukau. Kids enjoy watching the planes land and take off. Even very close at the airport you can hard hear the planes.. staff are very friendly will be coming back. This will our regular accommodation when we are in the area. Family of 4 stayed

We loved how relaxing the room was and how quiet it was inside the room. Our children loved it as well and were enjoying watching people from the fully cover balcony
We had an incident with our children being able to run out of the room and enter the elevators as the indoor handle doesn’t lock like we thought but we were able to get him out of the elevator without issue and pushed one of the couches up to the door to prevent anymore prison breaks
Handy for where we needed to be each morning.
Apartment facilities were fine. We needed another bed. Paid for a roll away bed but it was the folded down sofa which wasnt flat and involved 1 sheet and a duvet in half to help the base layer issue. No top sheet or duvet. Needs a proper topper. Totally uncomfortable with a 2nd layer the next night. Also took away from having a lounge seat. There is room for a proper roller bed.
Convenient location to public transport, shopping. Balcony was a bonus. Clean and tidy. Just bathroom didn’t smell great on arrival and shower could be bigger. Was very impressed with kitchenette facility and utensils because I could cook a full meal there. Having washing and dryer was so useful too. Will stay again!
The location is very handy to the Mall and public transport system. They accommodated for an upgrade on request from a studio to a one bedroom apartment and that was much appreciated. Car parkng is cheap and very convenient.

Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location right by the mall and not far from the airport. Good sized rooms with everything you need including a washing machine and dryer. Comfortable bed and couch, great shower pressure. This was the second time as the first stay was excellent as well!
