Hilton Hampton Imn fulfilled my one day reset getaway. Great time!
Pros:

Enjoyed the cozy and clean room. The breakfast was delicious and had good times that it was available. The staff were friendly and helpful. The workout room was amazing, lots of equipment fior a smaller space. The price was reasonable for this time of year. They included a welcome message with your name on the tv screen saver; very charming. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to doing so again.

Cons:

I thought the parking fee was included in the booking package; (presented as such), however there were additional fees during check-in. A small portion of the parking fee (incident fee) was refunded.

There were some stains on my curtains that were a bit unpleasant, however the overall room cleanliness made up for it.

Hotel and staff was great, but destination is not for a family. Lots of drugs and homeless people.
Pros:

The property itself was clean and great location! Nice to wake up to a beach view!

Cons:

Unfortunately, the area itself was not what I call family friendly. A lot of younger people that were rude. Lots of marijuana smoking, loud music, racing cars and motorcycles up and down the strip. Not very much police presence. Even on the boardwalk there were numerous homeless panhandling and smoking marijuana. Just not a very nice environment for a family. Definitely did not feel safe.

Overall a good stay
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional love the waffles fresh fruit and juice choices

Cons:

Floor we stayed non-smoking but apparently some guest disregard we could smell strong scents of Marijuana come in our room periodically

Our go-to place for Virginia Beach trips
Pros:

Check in and check out was very easy. Their breakfast is outstanding. All the staff were very friendly and pleasant. And our room was nice and clean.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was that they charge you $20 a day to park in THEIR garage. You would think as a guest, you would get free parking.

Overall great experience, will be staying there again.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly and accommodating especially Chris- we extended our stay and they let us stay in our original room even though it technically wasn't available. Great location and the grounds were nice. Being able to park in the garage next to your floor was definitely helpful.

Cons:

Bathroom was not cleaned well, there was hair on the walls and soapdish in the shower as well as the toilet.

Pros:

Room felt modern and comfortable. Clean. App check-in was a helpful feature. Steps to the beach is always lovely.

Cons:

McDonald's breakfast would feel like an upgrade, nutrition-wise. Free breakfast is always welcome at a budget hotel, but the ingredient quality has started to feel like it's manufactured without any real ingredients. I'll gladly skip the free breakfast as a feature next time and go with another hotel.
Also, having a parking lot with a very visible but locked door and no clear explanation of how to get to the front desk seems like an unforced error. Felt trapped in the garage for a good 10 minutes.

Affordable, walking friendly, and great views
Pros:

Oceanfront and great views. Walking distance from pretty much everything with fun things to do all around.

Cons:

The toilet did not flush properly and would sometimes not flush at all. There were weird stains on the walls, like not at the bottom they were up high on the walls.
