The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was kind and helpful. Breakfast buffet was a delightful change of interesting foods aside from classic eggs. Microwave and refrigerator in room completed the perfect package.
Parking but someone tried to get into my truck the alarm went off front desk call me in the middle of the night I had to get up to verify doors.
Rain coming in the room by the roof because it was rainning outside took for ever to change rooms. Got a single bed room booked and paid for a 2 beds to sofa room with better bathroom and better pillows.
Very clean spacious room. Quiet at night and comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and courteous. Hint: this is the Hilton Gardens Airport West- there’s an East and Google Maps might mislead you. Hilton Gardens- consider restocking coffee pods and leaving an extra roll of TP in washroom when refreshing the room. I would definitely stay here again.

After arriving from the Caribbean and needing to overnight in Toronto before continuing my journey to the Middle East, I chose to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Toronto Airport West/Mississauga among the many airport hotels around Toronto Pearson Airport. This was truly one of the best choices I made during this trip.
After spending approximately 10 days in the Caribbean and experiencing some issues with several hotels during my travels, staying at this Hilton Garden Inn was a very refreshing and pleasant experience before a long international flight.
One of the best things about this particular hotel is its location. Although it is not among the closest hotels to the airport, it offers something far more important for travelers, convenience and life around it. Guests can easily find food late at night, along with shops, restaurants, and many other services all within walking distance behind the hotel. Many airport hotels around Toronto are isolated and have very little nearby, but this hotel is practically located at the edge of Mississauga and offers a much more comfortable and lively environment.
The staff at the hotel made an especially positive impression on me through their politeness, patience, professionalism, and friendliness. I would particularly like to mention Mr. Taran, the night auditor, Mr. Prete, Ms. Stacey who checked me in upon arrival, and the reception manager Mr. Ramandeep, whom I met the following morning. He was equally pleasant and professional as the rest of his excellent team members.
I truly appreciated the warm North Indian hospitality, which is easy to feel once you become a guest at this hotel. I am planning additional trips via Toronto this summer and will absolutely choose this hotel again over any other airport hotel in Toronto.

The location on Matheson Boulevard West is incredibly convenient, offering easy access to the airport and local corporate offices while remaining quiet and peaceful.The hotel is clean and well-maintained. My room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the modern amenities made working and relaxing effortless. A special mention goes to the staff—everyone from the front desk to the dining team was warm, professional, and eager to help. The delicious breakfast options were the perfect start to each day. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this hotel delivers top-notch comfort and value. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to the area!
Convenient, clean
Did not take care of pool area. Someone dumped body wash into hot tub. Staff was told and they did nothing.
I have stayed at this hotel at least 20 maybe 30 times since they opened due to location and being a Hilton diamond member. Years ago this hotel was always clean and had a very friendly staff. Unfortunately over the past couple years things have declined. Seems like either new ownership or new management or both have happened. The little things that distinguish a Hilton brand from others is missing. During my last stay a few weeks ago I did the digital checkin, selected my room but when I arrived they put me in a different room. Ok no big deal. I get to the room the refrigerator is room temperature. I called down to the front desk they said they would send someone up right away. Well after 20 minutes of waiting I asked to be switched to another room as I was traveling all day and wanted to take a shower and get dinner before it got too late. So they switched my room, not an end room as requested but a room where the refrigerator did work. Later in the evening as it was getting cold I turned the climate control up but the room wouldn’t heat up past 70 which felt colder to me. Anyhow I asked if they had a blanket. They insisted that there was one on the bed which there wasn’t just a thin common hotel comforter. The person on the phone rudely stated if you want one you will have to come to the office to pick it up. Ok so I did that. Apparently not enough staff to accommodate the guest. At breakfast being a diamond member you are provided a free breakfast voucher. Typically the staff will ask if you have a voucher and you provide it at the time of billing. Here the waitress rudely asked me 3-4 times if I had a voucher before I even sat down which I replied yes (before any service provided). Then she stated I need it now. Ok no be deal but there is a way to ask for something like that especially when your establishment is doing something different then other Hilton properties. Anyhow one of the main things that pushed me to write the review was the cleanest of the hotel. The entry mats on both entry were extremely dirty both evening and the next day. Seems like they are not regularly cleaned. Same for the elevator and other common areas. I stayed in the Markham HGI the next night and it was like night and day. Service and cleanliness is taken seriously there. To be fair to the cleaning staff the room was clean just the common area don’t seem like they are getting the attention they need. Also maintenance. Why do they wait until a guest reports a problem before addressing it? Certain things should be checked regularly. Hopefully management will see this and work to make improvements.
