El trato del personal es excelente!!! Destacar al personal de animación sobre todo a Mirian y Enrique que le hicieron a mi hija Lara la estancia genial !! La ubicación a Port aventura es perfecta

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement de l’hôtel, à mi chemin entre les parcs de Port Aventura et le cœur de la ville de Salou, la possibilité de bénéficier d’une navette pour aller jusqu’au parc

Cons:

Nous avons été particulièrement déçus de la restauration : la nourriture est globalement de mauvaise qualité, il y a beaucoup de plats très gras et fades … et, de fait, énormément de gâchis. Pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, il nous semble que ce n’est pas acceptable. Nous avons ainsi mangé le premier soir à l’hôtel et pour tous les autres repas, nous avons préféré aller ailleurs.

Que parece que tienes las entradas de los parques con la oferta y en realidad solo tienes un descuento .Tiene publicidad engañosa, el personal muy atento recoge la queja pero dice que es cosa de Booking que lo oferta así y luego ellos tienen problemas con los clientes.

Nada trato pésimo pasan de los huéspedes i encima llegué por la tarde no IVA la tele ni niña keria ver dibujos i no vinieron. I pa colmo estábamos durmiendo menos mi pareja está mañana i a picado i no nos emos enterado i encima el tío entra sin decir nada vms no lo recomiendo para nada de verdad mira k he ido a hoteles i menos mal k solo a sio una noche k si es para más me voy del hotel

Cons:

The booking was messed up the hotel asked for money again but couldn't confirm how much I owed even tho I tried to pay before arrival I had to wait in line 4 times to pay eventually being told my invoice wasn't ready. Our room keys got cancelled leaving us unable to get prescription medication, also the park passes were cancelled, we were given a partial refund on park tickets, this is not good enough but all that was offered, I would like a full refund for this trip and my party of 8 as we couldn't enjoy our holiday.
