Locked carpark. Excellent showerhead and pressure. Carnivore pizza! Location.
Lack of pillows. Each room should have 2 pillows per person.
The food in the restaurant was absolutely fantastic.

The female staff seemed as though it was bothering for them to be asked questions about the facilities
Great location, rooms have everything you need. Bathroom is big and clean.
No lifts, so try book a ground floor room if you have big bags!
The breakfast was lovely
Heating in room 1101 first night didn’t work - we were cold but put up with it
2nd day still heater in room not working
Staff were unhelpful and couldn’t get heater to work either - we felt as if we were a nuisance to them - we had to move rooms at 6:30pm 😡 - so pack up our belongings . This was very disruptive and disappointing
Heating in rooms is very important and staff were to the point of being rude .
I will not stay here ever again and we are frequent travellers 🧳
