Disappointed. Am used to the facilities being up to standard.
Pros:

I have stayed here often. The sheets were clean and it was quiet. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Had to clean the dishes and frying pan and kettle (full of calcium build up) before using. Dryer was out of order. Washing machine wrecked my clothes and leaked water.

Some rooms are dark, damp, and smell bad.
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

The rooms vary drastically in their quality. Most reviews and pictures show the better kind, but my room was on ground floor, super dark, smelled bad (mold? I was told there had been flooding), and was overall rather drab. For this price really below expectations. There was no access to filtered water.

Friendly staff, a comfortable apartment, and a convenient location made for a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after long days on the road.
The location was excellent, parking was easy, and everything we needed was close by. We really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and hospitality.
A great place to stay in Alice Springs, and we would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

We certainly found this a very safe and secure place to stay and not far from the CBD.
Pros:

The property had everything in it that we needed.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything in it that we didn’t like. I would like to see a couple of more pieces of crockery and cutlery and a sharp knife that actually cuts. It would also be good to have a microwave safe container. We had trouble using the TV, maybe some instructions would be good.

Das sehr funktional eingerichtete Apartment.
Zu jedem Apartmentblock gehört eine Waschmaschin, die kostenfrei genutzt werden kann, einzig der Trockner kostet eine

Cons:

die rücksichtslosen Mitbewohner, die bis nachts um 3h Party machen. Einer Aufforderung zu etwas Ruhe sind sie nicht nachgekommen. Als ich die Herrschaften am nächsten Morgen sah, wurde mir einiges klar, zu Hause hätte ich die Straßenseite gewechselt!

Pleasant overnight stay
Pros:

There was a small enclosed yard so our dog was able to move around freely. Great to have a washing machine and clothes airer to get the washing done. Nice and quiet, close to shops.

Cons:

Parking was tricky, having to navigate between the poles and big gum trees.

Secure location, nice pool, easy info re entry

Cons:

Found a dirty towel at the back of the bathroom door and a bunch of hair on top of the draining hole in the shower. Not much privacy when your top neighbour looks straight at you in your room.

Pros:

Great central secure location, nice sized apartment and comfortable bed.

Cons:

Could be a ground studio unit issue which are darker - but there was an awful smell in the bathroom which was reported to reception and said someone would come look at it, they didn’t come during our stay. We also had a cockroach in the room, so not the most comfortable stay for the price we paid.
