Overall an excellent choice
Pros:

Nice modern rooms, good location if you don’t want to be in t he centre of town.

Cons:

Location is a little bit out of the centre which is an advantage if you’re happy to cook for yourself or visit the local Korean restaurant around the corner but if you don’t want to drive your car into town after dark it’s a long walk.

Pros:

Lovely room with kitchenette and lounge. Had outside courtyard with pavers and small rocks.

Cons:

A double bed. There was so much room you could have easily fit a queen size bed.
It is pet friendly but no grass anywhere for you to take pets out.

Terrific secure self contained apartments in Alice near to town centre
Pros:

Great secure complex (with entry code) close to both the Todd river and town. We stayed in a studio ground floor apartment after being out bush for awhile and it was a a great place for 3 days to get clean, do washing, shopping and reorganise. Secure under cover parking for our 4WD, free washing machines, clothes line in garden and friendly staff. Nearby bbq to use, full kitchen facilities in the apartment, and pool looked great if too cold while we were there!

Overnight stay on our way to Darwin.
Pros:

When we experienced difficulty with the air conditioning, somebody came within minutes and rectified the problem.
Also, loved the fact that they had security gates.

Quite good.
Pros:

Basically clean, bed comfortable spacious. Large fridge and gas cooktop with electric oven was handy. Washing machine worked well. Security was pretty good with gates locked in the afternoon needing a code although it takes ages to close.

Cons:

Shower water pools in an area near the vanity and leaves a white sheen on the tiles, this needs cleaning properly as it was there when we arrived. A plastic scourer with detergent would work so not too hard. There's only 2 of most of the plates, knives and forks, most places have 4 which is more user friendly, specially when you are staying 5 nights.

Lovely and reasonably priced accomodation
Pros:

This is my third visit to Alice on Todd, and it is always a lovely stay. The newer rooms are definitely a favourite, as they have no sound from upstairs.

Cons:

I didn't get a text message with my check in instructions, but a staff member came down to meet me.

Disappointed. Am used to the facilities being up to standard.
Pros:

I have stayed here often. The sheets were clean and it was quiet. The receptionist was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Had to clean the dishes and frying pan and kettle (full of calcium build up) before using. Dryer was out of order. Washing machine wrecked my clothes and leaked water.

Some rooms are dark, damp, and smell bad.
Pros:

The location is good.

Cons:

The rooms vary drastically in their quality. Most reviews and pictures show the better kind, but my room was on ground floor, super dark, smelled bad (mold? I was told there had been flooding), and was overall rather drab. For this price really below expectations. There was no access to filtered water.

Friendly staff, a comfortable apartment, and a convenient location made for a very enjoyable stay.
Pros:

The staff were genuinely friendly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable, providing plenty of room to relax after long days on the road.
The location was excellent, parking was easy, and everything we needed was close by. We really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere and hospitality.
A great place to stay in Alice Springs, and we would definitely recommend it to other travellers.

We certainly found this a very safe and secure place to stay and not far from the CBD.
Pros:

The property had everything in it that we needed.

Cons:

There wasn’t anything in it that we didn’t like. I would like to see a couple of more pieces of crockery and cutlery and a sharp knife that actually cuts. It would also be good to have a microwave safe container. We had trouble using the TV, maybe some instructions would be good.
