had everything that was needed
The room size was not what was advertised more like around 25m2.
Good facilities and easy walking to main st.
Nothing all good apart from people in Apartment 26 partying with lots of people until 4.30am on Friday. No respect for those people trying to sleep.
The staff was friendly
The room was not clean at all. The drawers had yellow stains where the cutlery was stored, and everything felt dirty and poorly maintained. There was dust throughout the room, the windows looked filthy, and the bathroom was also not properly cleaned.
The towels provided were of very poor quality and left white fibres all over us after showering, as if they were falling apart.
There were also thousands of insects gathered around the outside the room, and they would easily get inside. It created a very unpleasant and unhygienic atmosphere.
To make matters worse, our room was directly next to a family whose noise could be heard constantly. The soundproofing is practically non-existent, and we could hear everything from the neighbouring room. We had specifically requested a quiet room, but we received the exact opposite. There was excessive noise both from outside and from the room next door, making it impossible to relax.
The kitchen area was equally disappointing. The toaster was filthy and still full of crumbs from previous guests. The portable stove had visible grease marks and looked as though it had not been cleaned properly for a long time.
Overall, the room felt dirty, poorly maintained, and far below an acceptable standard. This was a very disappointing stay, and unfortunately I would not recommend this hotel. It's not worth the price.

Staff were friendly, was clean and had everything we needed.
Shower is not great. Has very weak pressure from the shower head, was a bit awkward to get showered standing in a bath. We had a couple fighting next door to us, bashing and crashing until after midnight one night which was a little annoying. Hopefully they didn’t break anything.
The host was lovely, the location was great.
We stayed in a studio room. It is very dated. The bathroom was terrible. A tiny shower with extremely low water pressure and a broken floor waste. The floors were dirty and there was grime built up around the doors on the floor and skirting boards. The glasses provided in the kitchen were not clean, we couldn't bring ourselves to use them. The whole room needs a deep clean to bring it up to an acceptable standard.
