Really enjoyed Cullen Bay, the generally clean apartment with good views and basic facilities, however bedding needs rep
Pros:

The apartment was simple but mostly clean, well located in Cullen Bay with a beautiful jew over looking the marina and out to the coast. Generally ok for a short stay. Surprised to find a pool to use.

Cons:

The mattress on the bed was very old. Had to rotate it as it was uneven. Discovered it was torn on the base. Recommend to the owners the matteres is upgraded to a newer medium firm mattress to ensure a comfortable nights rest. Small double bed for two adults. Some parts of the apartment need cleaning, light fixtures, ceiling fans.

Pros:

Our apartment 711 was excellent. Fresh, clean,very welcoming . Beautifully appointed.

Cons:

Areas of the building looking a little “ tired”. And they need a new luggage trolley please.

Amazing staff - nothings a problem for them. They made our stay easy, and they all were really fabulous!
Pros:

Can’t rate the staff highly enough. Very friendly, went over and above normal service to accommodate us.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit dated - but didn’t worry us. It was also quite light, but if you stay on the marina side it wouldn’t be a problem

Cons:

The room was very tired.. tv was broken, but they replaced it when I told them.. there was still someone else's hair in the shower when we got there. No linen change for the 6 nights we were there
