Always helpful.
Pros:

We were able to check in early and begin exploring early. Also at the end of stay we could store our luggage as well. The staff are always friendly and helpful and go the extra mile to help out.

Pros:

The room I stayed in had a view of the sovereign museum. The view was amazing, especially at night. The beds overall were not bad, not too soft and not too hard.

Great hotel, good location - would stay again
Pros:

The location was really good, we walked out of our room and were right next to the gates for the Soverign Hill hotel entrance. It was really clean and tidy, with a comfy bed and good sized fridge.

Nice & quiet but close to town

Surprisingly better than expected
Pros:

Deceiving at the start but what a great place to stay. The bathroom and bedrooms were so clean and comfortable. Loved the hot water pressure in the shower. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to everything.
