Pros:

Staff were friendly. The radiators in the room were amazing. Felt like home.

Most enjoyable and very elegant and comfortable
Pros:

We found the property to be very unusual, in the best way possible. Elegant, old world design and very elegant. Would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Clean and comfortable rooms in a good location
Pros:

The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The plumbing from the room above us was noisy, and the banging of doors and talking loudly in the corridor by other guests was loud, however it was quiet overnight, so not a big issue for us.

We stayed at this hotel as we were heading to Sovereign Hill. The location was fantastic.

Good value for money. Just disappointed in what probably matters the most and that’s the bed.

Location was good after seeing the sound and light show.

Cons:

I feel as if my bed was broken and very saggy in the middle which made for a rough night sleep.

Great location, especially if you’re wanting to explore Sovereign Hill! Loved the spaciousness of the room and also the outdoor area!

Cons:

Bathroom was nice a large however having the open shower meant a lot of water around the bathroom!

Lovely stay
Pros:

Pros:

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure we had the best possible stay. There was a kid's room right next to check in which kept the children entertained while we checked in.
There was a fireplace and reading material in a lounge type room which was a lovely treat on a cold day.
The lady checking us in organised a key card for us to pass straight into Sovereign Hill mine without having to go out and around.
The room was lovely and spacious. The bathroom was classically elegant.
The grounds were beautiful and we were disappointed that we'd only booked a one night stay.

Quirky stay in good a good way!
Pros:

Loved staying here! It’s a little quirky but for a family trip for sovereign hill it is perfect. It’s a country motel but everything was great and having the big outdoor area with footies etc was amazing. They even have a games room with kids and adults board games set up. I would like to go back in summer as they have a bbq area you can use which would be great in a warm night. The room was fine, nothing fancy but comfy and had everything we needed.

Cons:

You can hear your neighbours coming and going but it wasn’t a huge deal.
