Great Staff and Location
Pros:

location and staff was great, room was a bit outdated and small but it is NYC. i liked the bar and breakfast bonus with my booking however it was annoying that they couldn't just move 2 nights together, i made 2 separate bookings off another site and they made me re-check back in the 2nd morning. Kinda of annoying for the traveler, just fix this in the backend.

Cons:

The 2 nights booking could have been handled in the backend and I event asked if i should rebook the 2 separate bookings before arriving. i had to go down and re-check back the 2nd morning, kinda of annoying.

Location
Staff did their best to provide food customer service despite challenging environment with picketing outside hotel.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned on Monday
When i complaint, they said they clean it every other day. But I mean, changing towels is important and making bed.
There was noise. Although I was notified, I was promised to move to higher floor and it was not done.

Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien situé, proche de tout en plein Times Square. La chambre est relativement spacieuse, la literie est confortable.

Cons:

Certains employés de l'hôtel manifestaient dans leur plein droit devant l'établissement presque 24h/24 pour les conditions de travail. La manifestation consistait en un tintamarre constant qui peut être très désagréable mais l'hôtel informe ses hôtes avec possibilité d'annulation gratuite

Удачное расположение, в номерах чисто

Cons:

После полной оплаты невозвратного бронирования, отель предупредил, что идет демонстрация и может быть шумно, я сразу написала что нужен номер потише, а по факту нас разместили окнами прям над этой забастовкой. Мы заселялись в 5 утра после 13тичасового перелета, поэтому кровать - это все что нам нужно было. На вторую ночь это было ужасно: демонстранты били в барабаны и кричали всю ночь!!! Спать было невозможно, других номеров не было.
Хорошо, бронирование было только на 3 ночи, потом мы уехали и через 5 дней вернулись, в другой отель на соседней улице, так у забастовщиков появился еще и вой сирены!!! Просто проходя мимо, этот шум заглушал весь шум Нью-Йорка, мне искренне жаль всех постояльцев.

Одной из форм пыток является не давать спать жертве, так что первый раз в жизни я подверглась пыткам в этом отеле
