It was a decent option in a good location, friendly staff.
Pros:

Clean, staff was very nice, bag check allowed us to explore up until we had to head for our evening flight.

Cons:

Didn’t realize the breakfast wasn’t included. (But plenty of options in NYC), offered buffet looked good but I can’t bring myself to eat at a hotel when there is a whole city worth of places to explore.

Amazing customer service and comfortable room.
Pros:

Very friendly and amazing staff! The room was comfortable and just as expected. The wifi went out briefly, and the front desk was extremely responsive and helpful. On check out the staff was very warm friendly and professional! Above and beyond making us feel very welcomed. I also loved there were no surprise charges!

Cons:

I wish breakfast was free- seems like not a lot is on offer that is worth the $20 price just for some pastries and such at a buffet. There are several diners nearby you can get a better breakfast for around that price!

Perfect stay in the heart of New york city
Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights. Excellent spaceous rooms, the noise isolation was impeccable. We had some kids on the next door room and as soon as we closed the door, all the noise was gone. Everything was very clean and comfy. The staff was always helpful and nice at all times. The included breakfast was really tasty and lots of great options to start your day just right! Location was also top notch, just a couple minutes walk to Times square and other transportation. Couldn't have had a better stay, highly reccommend!

Nothing of note, the stay was perfect

Great night stay
Pros:

Very cozy & comfortable room, the bed was very comfy and clean as well. The bathroom & entire room itself was nice & clean and we watched the Knicks win the championship & chilled

Pros:

Excellent location in Midtown Manhattan, within walking distance of the theaters, Times Square and many shopping areas. The front desk staff were pleasant, welcoming and friendly

Cons:

The room was old and outdated- the closets, carpets and furniture did not match the photos shown on the website. My room on the 6th floor faced the wall of the bus terminal, which wasn't very appealing. In addition, the air conditioner was exceptionally noisy (although
it did help drown out the noise from the buses and the street outside...).

Для туристичної поїздки у Нью Йорк - саме те. Все близько, номери затішні, сніданок у нас включено.
Pros:

Шикарне розташування, біля станцій метро, рядом с Таймс сквер , навпроти автовокзал. Багато визначних мість у пішій доступності, рядом декілька барів на даху та велика кількість кафе, ресторанів, барів та інше.Номер стандартний, прибирання кожного дня, було чисто, сейф, чайник, кава, чай, маленька вода, фен и праска з доскою для прасування( приємно здивувало).

Cons:

На сніданок більше овочів. Фруктів було достатньо. Обслуговування у ідальні дуже добре.
