Bien pero cuidado al pagar con tarjeta en el alojamiento

Cons:

Mi tía entregó la tarjeta para pagar en el alojamiento. Luego en esa misma tarde cuando ellos ya volaban de regreso, comenzaron a debitarle de a 100 usd cada transacción para comprar criptomonedas en un sitio llamado modo gold coin. Menos mal el banco actuó a tiempo y a los 3 días pudo recuperar hasta 800usd qué habían debitado. Ella comenta que solo dio su tarjeta en el lugar pues tiene otra tarjeta y efectivo para sus otros gastos y esa la usa para este tipo de pagos. Conviene que se revise con el personal y con el equipo de sistemas del lobby porque la tarjeta quedó expuesta y los datos fueron utilizados de forma indebida. Esta es la experiencia contada por mi tía quien se hospedó en el hotel. Aparte de eso todo estuvo bien.

We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.
Pros:

Room was small but comfortable. Front desk staff, Barman, maid service were all great. Great location. Near theaters. Great Italian restaurant around the corner on 9th Ave.

Cons:

Bathroom a bit small but manageable.

Posizione molto buona, vicina a Times Square ed a numerose fermate della metro.

Cons:

· Camera molto rumorosa, nonostante avessimo espressamente chiesto di averne una più "silenziosa". Colazione con scarsa varietà e servita in una stanza decisamente piccola, in relazione al numero degli ospiti. Wi-fi non disponibile. Letto grande, ma materasso così, così.

Location was good. Shampoo, constant body wash supplied. Lifts were fast.

Cons:

The property itself was good. I received an invoice the morning of checkout where they had taken $169 off my payment card for charges. I made 2 charges totalling around $30. On checkout the staff member just took my key and said goodbye. I had to query the charges, then he went to get the manager, 35 minutes later the manager appeared but proceeded to help other customers with billing queries, of which they arrived after we did. All in all I felt no urgency in sorting our query. The manager did apologise and refunded $118 to my card. Lots of people just checked out and didn’t check their bills until I mentioned we were charged without being told.
Please check your invoices folks.
