A well appointed apartment that I’d stay in again
Pros:

The location was great as it was right next to the shopping precinct and Cavill Rd as well as a five minute walk to Surfers Beach.
The apartment was spacious with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms which allowed us all to relax
A well appointed kitchen with most items needed to allow us to cook meals instead of eating out every night.
The staff were very approachable and friendly.
Having an allocated undercover car park included in the booking was a bonus with easy access through the lift system.
Having the choice of 2 pools allowed us to choose options depending on the weather. The change rooms/ toilets area was nicer than we’d found elsewhere.

Cons:

We experienced very wet and windy weather conditions during our stay. Not sure if this is normal but the whistling through the kitchen window was quite loud.
Earplugs would be a good bonus to your packing if you’re a light sleeper as the street noise is very noticeable.

Agean Apartment Surfers Paradise
Pros:

The location is perfect and close to the light rail stop for a trip to either Broadbeach, Pacific Fair and Southport. Journey on the light rail is 50 cents each way. Hotel close to Cavill Avenue and Surfers Paradise Beach. The balcony is large and the rooms spacious.

Cons:

Almost ideal for a family. Indoor pool is a little small but otherwise okay. The building is a little outdated but the rooms are spacious and the views of the beach are exquisite.

Location was perfect with space to.park a car. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Cons:

The kitchen would benefit from an oven upgrade as it is quite old , was not fan forced and the glass facia was broken and therd was no griller control knob.

The garbage shoot was very small and impractical for the size of the bin in the apartment. No pod coffee machine.

Everything up to my expectations, the place was clean and tidy. The view was a bonus.
Pros:

the view it was perfect. it was almost a 180 degree view was able to saw almost everything and close to the beach as well they got beach towels and umbrella to borrow. Will stay again with them if I am going to Gold Coast again
