I’m never coming back here again

Came with 2 small towels
And no hand towels or face towels
2 small soaps and that’s all
Paid $800 for 3 nights PLUS an extra $200 at the door that they don’t tell you about and then they don’t refund it they stole my money

Location Is excellent. Beach, Q1, pubs, tram and bottle shop are steps away.

Cons:

The interior paint and furniture were dated and I did not at all like the long brown hairs all over the unit from the last tenant or South American cleaning staff I saw in the building.

Location was perfect close to everything easy to get on the tram and go and walking distance to Cavill avenue. Staff were amazing and helpful.

Had a great time in the Gold Coast

The apartment was lovely

Cons:

The establishment only provided one days coffee tea and sugar we were booked in for 5 days
We had No service in the room for 5 days
No change of towels and there was a price list of utilities if you wanted anything extra

Was a great place to stay, just ashame the attitude of of one staff member left me feeling a bit disappointed and annoye

When I was wanting to leave my bags at hotel until my van to go to the airport was due at 2pm I was told by the assistant at the reception, sorry you need to take it with u by 11am as I’m going home early today , Which meant I then was stuck with my luggage for 3 hours. Ashame it wasn’t the great lady who greeted me on the first day and wasn’t an issues
