Good facilities and location
Pros:

It was clean, good facilities. Having a second bathroom was great as we had 5 adults staying. Loved that it had a bbq and outdoor area - table and chairs. Was close to the smaller pool. Only a 10 minute walk to restaurants

Cons:

Mezzanine floor bedroom doesn’t allow for much privacy and it gets warm up there

The attractions around exmouth the very best in the world

Cons:

See for yourself and then judge, the pub is great even though I don't drink great atmosphere especially on Friday night 10/10

Cons:

The room was very dirty on arrival. The floor was sticky and had hair and pieces of food on it. The bed sheets had a large stain and did not feel clean. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was well below an acceptable standard, which made our stay quite disappointing. Wifi didnt work.

Would stay again good vibes and clean/safe
Pros:

Clean room. Modern bathroom. Good location. Good social spaces and beer garden and food!!

Cons:

The pool was closed and we hadn’t been told ahead of time so made plans to sit by the pool instead of going to a beach. Ended up not able to do either
