Pros:

Ambience, lighting, soft, warm, comfy beddings, balcony,all staff, location. Amazing Amazing Amazing..late checkout, bicycle...

Thank you for making our first day and night in Byron Bay memorable!

Cons:

Maybe for future convenience.. A lift for easier luggage handling..

Otherwise, staff were very accommodating to carry luggage upstairs and downstairs.. Thank you.

Would have loved to extend stay and to have negotiated an extra night😊

Lovely weekend away
Pros:

So many amenities to take advantage of; bikes, tennis, pool and hot tub. The staff are so lovely and were so attentive. Very modern and clean too and location couldn’t be more perfect.

Cons:

Would be nice if there were a few snacks available too.
