Easy via public transport from airport if you have just carry on. Great location. Very comfortable.
Pros:

I love the location. Just halfway up the hill to the junction, not in the thick of Hastings. Better value for this reason. Big apartments with all amenities. Great view. The bus stop is directly out the front which is very easy to get around Noosa and to Gimpy Terrace. Beds comfortable and nice helpful staff. Great view.

Cons:

There was no way to turn on the air conditioner- which was only in the living room (no bedroom ac) however, it was fine at this time of the year, but I would not book in summer months for this reason. The main bedroom has no lock on the door, but the other bedroom did. The door handles were loose on the main door to the unit and the bedroom door (the one with the lock). They ended up locking fine, but you had to do a bit of adjusting to close and lock them. Just a few maintenance things that could be improved on.
