Posizione ottima a 5 min dal quartiere Museum da cui si raggiungono tutte le zone di interesse. Tranquilla anche per girare da sola si sera. Ottima colazione ben fornita. Personale molto gentile disponibile a dare spiegazioni e consigli su cosa visitare.

Séjour d'une semaine à Vienne
Pros:

Très bel accueil, hôtel très bien situé à proximité à pieds du centre historique. Très bon petit déjeuner. Personnel accueillant et attentif. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Climatisation. Un remercie ment chaleureux à Farshad qui parlait français et a eu toutes les attentions à notre égard pour nous indiquer les meilleures choses à voir et comment y aller. Il a sû répondre à toutes nos questions et nos attentes. Un grand merci à lui. L'hôtel peut être fier de son employé, ne changez rien !

Pros:

Emplacement idéal proche tram, bus, métro. Monuments proches (quartier des musées, palais de Holfburg, Karlsplatz, marché de Naschmarkt...)
Le personnel est gentil, prévenant et attentionné.
Le petit déjeuner est assez complet et satisfaisant.
La chambre est simple mais largement suffisante et la salle bain était grande.
Il y a des restaurants et bars à proximité ce qui est un plus.

Ordentliches Hotel für die kurze Dienstreise und wenig Aufenthaltszeit im Hotelzimmer
Pros:

Zimmer und Frühstücksraum waren mit guten und gut gewarteten Daikin Klimaanlagen ausgestattet. Mit eingeschalteter Klima und geschlossenem Fenster konnte ich sehr gut schlafen, da Umgebungsgeräusche im leisen weißen Rauschen der Klimaanlage untergegangen sind. Hatte sie auf 23-24°C gestellt. Tagsüber hatte es draußen zwischen 27 und 30°C im Schatten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat am Frühstücksbuffet schnell nachgelegt. Das Zimmer war zwar sehr eng aber auch relativ hoch.
Der Treppenaufgang hatte ein paar Kunst- und Info-Installationen und wirkte dadurch viel freundlicher.
Es gab auch eine gemeinschaftlich nutzbare Getränkebar, die unter anderen Umständen (mehr Zeit) sehr zu schätzen gewusst hätte.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksraum war sehr klein. Man hat dadurch zwangsweise alle Gespräche mitgehört.
Das WLAN bzw. die dahinterstehende Netzwerkverbindung hatte gelegentlich Aussetzer.
Das Waschbecken im Bad war sehr klein. Gesicht waschen ohne links und rechts daneben zu kleckern oder sich den Kopf an der Ablage unter dem Spiegel zu stoßen quasi unmöglich. Am Ende ist das aber nicht mein Problem, sondern ein Problem der Zimmerreinigung. Durch die verbaute Klimaanlage und den Abzug im Bad wurde die Feuchtigkeit ohnehin niedrig gehalten.

War sehr zufrieden und komme gerne wieder!
Pros:

- für einen Trip nach Wien super geeignet
- perfekte Lage zur Innenstadt (ca. 10 Min. bis zum Ring), trotzdem sehr ruhig
- freundliches Personal, familiäre Atmosphäre
- älteres Hotel, aber moderne Möblierung
- Klimaanlage bei 35 Grad Gold wert
- Frühstück okay
