Pros:

מיקום נהדר.
מלון מאוד בסיסי מעלית פצפונת לשני אנשים. החדר היה נקי וכל בקשה נענתה במהירות. צוות נחמד. חניון יש לא רחוק אם באים עם רכב.

Месторасположение в самом центре. Вода, чайники и чай на каждом этаже, достаточно сытный завтрак, наличие парковки (36 евро в сутки).

Cons:

Отель уставший, старомодная мебель, пружинные матрасы (ощущение детского лагеря). Очень большой контраст между имперской и невероятной красивой Веной и отелем.

Struttura pulita a due passi da una delle principali vie dello shopping e dalla metro. Staff super cordiale, con Farshad sempre pronto a darti il suggerimento giusto! Tornerò sicuramente!

Ascensore piccolissimo... max due adulti o un adulto con valigia! L'asciugacapelli è praticamente u giocattolo! Per il resto tutto perfetto!

Sehr gut für einige Tage zum Genuss der Wiener Kultur
Pros:

Große Stärke des Hotels Terminus: Man ist in ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß im Kunstquartier mit 2 Gemälde-Museen und dem Kunsthistorischen und Naturhistorischen Museum, an der Hofburg, an der Albertina, es liegt also ideal für Wienbesucher mit Interesse an Kultur. Zum Stephansdom, der Oper und dem Burgtheater dauert es ein wenig länger. Das Hotel liegt in der Weststadt außerhalb des Ringes in absolut ruhiger Lage. Zum Prater und zum Schloss Schönbrunn nimmt man die U-Bahn.
Das Haus hat 54 Zimmer auf 6 Etagen in einem Altbau mit prächtiger Gedenktafel (Schriftsteller Friedrich Schlögl, siehe Foto) mit angenehm hoher Zimmerdecke, die Raumfläche ist knapp bemessen aber ausreichend, die Duschkabine großzügig, im Eingangsbereich des Zimmers gibt es Garderobenhaken und ein Sitzbänkchen für den Schuhwechsel - also alles aufs Praktische durchgestaltet. Der Aufzug muss sich in diesem Gebäude einklemmen (3 Personen), ebenso die beiden Frühstücksräume im Tiefgeschoss. Dort aber erwartet den Gast ein gutes Frühstück mit Wiener Kaffee!

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer hatte das Doppelbett eine gemeinsame Matratze. Wenn die Betten einmal erneuert werden müssen, wäre eine geteilte Matratze besser für den ruhigen Schlaf.

Top Lage, saubere Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem Personal; wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Zentrale Lage: Haus des Meeres, Naschmarkt, Mariahilferstraße, U-Bahn Station Museumsquartier etc.zu Fuß gut erreichbar!
Hotel: Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich und zuvorkommend; Frühstücksbuffet ausreichend für diesen Preis und wird umgehend nachgelegt, sollte etwas ausgehen.

Ideale Lage, nur 12 Gehminuten von der Staatsoper entfernt und der Naschmarkt liegt praktisch nebenan.
Einfaches aber reichhaltiges Frühstück.
