Pros:

Location was perfect for weekend in Bristol City. No driving through the centre, didn't have to pay the low emissions charge as its right on the edge of the zone. Free parking and late check out.

Cons:

Bathroom wasn't clean on arrival but staff came and sorted it.

Cons:

Boede her 7 dage, meget kedelig morgenmad, det samme hver dag, af usundt english breakfast. Røgalarmen gik, 2 aftner i træk, uden at personalet reagerede. Alle branddøre lukkede og hotellet har kun vinduer der ikke kan åbnes, vi boede på 5.sal. Vil ikke anbefale dette hotel, som har 4 stjerner, det burde være 3 stjerner.

Pros:

Everything, a really solid, easy, clean and welcoming hotel in the heart of Bristol.

Cons:

More like feedback, vegetarian breakfast should be asked about at check in to stop the waiting time for it be to cooked in the morning.

Disappointing stay
Pros:

Dinner in the restaurant was very nice

Cons:

Bed was uncomfortable, room was very hot with poor air conditioning. Tv didnt work, two calls to reception didn't resolve and noone followed up. Disappointing stay.
