Instalatia de AC a functionat f bine in conditii de caldura excesiva 32C

Cons:

Geamurile nu se pot deschide iar in baie era tot timpul un miros greu de canalizare

The area felt unsafe. Homeless people at the rear of the property when we arrived to check in and sleeping below my window when I woke in the morning.

Goed hotel, wel eerder gedateerd.
Pros:

Ligging, vriendelijk personneel, Alles aanwezig maar basic. Mooie prijs/kwaliteit. Gratis parking

Cons:

Vlekken op tapijt. Waterkoker moest dringend ontkalkt worden(in beide kamers). Alles was eerder gedateerd.

“Decent stay, but hotel feels dated”

Great central location right next to a shopping centre.
Check‑in staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was nice.
The room was spacious and generally comfortable.

Amazing waiter , amazing value for money in restaurant Poor receptionist not very welcoming lady
Pros:

The evening staff were amazing nothing was to much trouble for them
Miguel was absolutely amazing waiter

Cons:

The receptionist with copper hair was very rude when walking in
Blanked me and then told me I was in the wrong car park and just point to the photo on the desk
The rooms need a bit more care and colour in them all very plain the restaurant is beautiful decor add to rooms

Not value for money, was expecting more for £110 per night
Pros:

Big comfy bed, large shower, restaurant and bar. Free parking is great!

Cons:

Overpriced, bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and could do with sprucing up as it looked tired and old. Annoying also that there was no bedside lamp or small light. It was either all lights on or off.

It was fabulous
Pros:

We had a great sized room for 3 adults, mum and 2 daughters. It was so easy to get to just off M5, free car parking just next door and just across the road from the shopping centre

Cons:

There was only 2 glasses in the room for 3 people and we had to ask for more tea bags and milk
