Lo staff è perfetto. Sono tutti davvero molto gentili e sempre col sorriso. La stanza era molto bella e spaziosa con vista sul mare.

La piscina esterna è esterna all hotel e non è privata. Pagando, possono accedere anche persone dall esterno. Nel ns gruppo c'erano diversi bambini piccoli e averlo saputo ci avrebbe permesso di organizzarci o scegliere diversamente... cmq è molto bella

Parfait sur toute la ligne
Pros:

Tout était parfait. Le personnel aux petits soins, surtout au petit déjeuner. Serviables et souriants en salle ça nous a beaucoup plu. Un grand bravo à tout le staff pour leur professionnalisme. La chambre au 9ème étage nickel et très propre. A la réception Julia était aussi très gentille.

Geweldig verblijf!
Pros:

De kamer was erg prettig met een goed werkende airco en een balkon met zee uitzicht. Ook was her personeel super vriendelijk en waren er veel opties zoals een shuttleservice naar een strand, het lenen van strandlakens en het gebruik van zwembad tegenover het hotel. Ook vierde ik mijn verjaardag in deze vakantie en ze hebben onze kamer gevuld met wat ballonnen, een kaart en een lekker taartje. Ontzettend leuk!

Cons:

Niks. Het was echt een ontzettend fijn hotel met heel vriendelijk personeel.

Pros:

We had such a wonderful experience at the Waterfront Hotel in Malta that I wanted to take the time to write a proper review from the heart.

The hotel really has everything you could want. There is a beautiful outdoor pool area where you can relax in the sun and swim, as well as an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi and a sauna. The gym is also very nice, practical and well equipped for a hotel workout.

They even provide a complimentary beach service, including transportation to and from the beach in a comfortable, air-conditioned shuttle with high ceilings and a very polite driver. Towels and beach mats are also supplied free of charge. These extra touches show how much the hotel goes out of its way to make sure its guests are completely satisfied.

The breakfast deserves a special mention. The restaurant has plenty of choices for everyone, and everything we tried was excellent. The coffee is freshly prepared by their barista and is truly very good. It is also rare to find freshly pressed 100% juice at a hotel, along with such a good selection of fresh fruit to start your morning. All the breakfast staff were amazing—there are simply too many of them to mention individually.

Most importantly, I want to thank the entire staff for their fantastic service and for always being so polite, welcoming and genuinely happy. The staff plays just as important a role as the hotel itself, and they are what make this feel like a six-star experience rather than only five stars.

A special thank-you to Julia at the front desk and all her colleagues, who were always helpful and welcoming. Thank you also to Roula, our morning maid, for her amazing smile and the warm welcome she gave us every day.

Finally, a very special shout-out to Alexandra from Tours and Activities. She was absolutely amazing—a beautiful person inside and out—and someone we connected with deeply. She made our experience even more memorable.

The Waterfront Hotel is definitely a must-stay when visiting this area of Malta. I

Pros:

The staff were exceptionally friendly. Zahaib was very welcoming and accommodating. He offered us an upgrade to our room which was beautiful and spacious, overlooking the harbour.
The breakfast offering had great hot and cold options. The barista was also a great addition for coffee lovers.
Would definitely stay at The Waterfront again.

Brilliant. Would stay again
Pros:

Hotel location is great, close to public transport and to excursions being offered along waterfront. Breakfast is amazing, lots of choice for all dietary requirements. Cocktail bar has great views.. cocktails very good too :)
