Great value for money
Pros:

Excellent location, very friendly and service-minded staff (Suhail the barista made excellent espresso and cappuccino in the morning, and Zohaib in the reception was always attentive and helpful), great breakfast with a lot of choice beyond English breakfast fare, very fresh, clean facility overall. We stayed in a suite with a waterfront view - fantastic panorama of Valetta, spacious, comfortable sitting area, two balconies, big bathroom, comfortable bed and pillows (the other two regular rooms for our family members were very good too) . Wonderful problem-free experience. One can book sightseeing tours in the reception with a tourist guide service. Hotel is 3 minute walk from the public boat service to Valetta (3 euro per person return trip) and many other boat tours around Valetta bay and to other islands of Gozo and Comino. The hotel has both a fantastic roof-top bar (Cielo) with a breathtaking view on the Valetta marina and excellent selection of cocktails and an outdoor restaurant 1Olive - with a good menu. We can also recommend a restaurant just in front of the hotel - Punti Bar and Dine - really good food, and reasonable prices.

Cons:

Bathroom might benefit from a bit more surface space to put guests' toiletries- it was a bit difficult with all the toiletry bags for a couple :)

Pros:

Such a great place in Sliema. The pool club across the street was amazing. The bar and restaurants were fantastic. The staff were helpful and friendly. Easy access to the ferry to Gozo. Our room was spacious and had an amazing view to the Valetta.

Aangenaam en comfortabel hotel, die zeker aan te bevelen is.
Pros:

Het ontbijt was enorm uitgebreid, heel gevarieerd aanbod om de dag mee te starten.
Heel attente personeelsleden bij het afruimen. Vriendelijke bediening daar waar nodig.
Alles werd snel aangevuld op vraag van de klant of door attente personeelsleden.

Cons:

Weinig, maar toch de melding dat men op het dakterras (Cielo) gevestigd op de 12e verdieping regelmatig de geuren van de BBQ (1Olive restaurant) dat gevestigd is op het 10e verdiep ruikt. Wat niet altijd aangenaam is maar afhankelijk is van de windrichting.

Beautiful hotel with amazing oceanfront view!
Pros:

We loved the view over the harbor, it doesn't get any better than that. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. It is well located, close to everything else while still a little outside the city crazyness.

Cons:

The only thing we didn't like was that the AC wasn't working the second night but the hotel reset the cooling system in the morning so they fixes it quickly.

Lovely hotel, rooftop bar was a highlight!
Pros:

Lovely hotel with great facilities and helpful staff, views from the rooftop bar were nice!

Cons:

Only thing I wasn’t aware of was that the outdoor pool was across the road part of a beach club, it was very nice but I didn’t realise!

Pros:

Personalized service - this trip was a present for my wife's birthday. Justine did anything I requested to accommodate the small surprise I was trying to prepared for my wife - top coordination and engagement. Then the check, Mr. Stephen on only prepared a special cake taking into consideration our allergies and dietary requirements but personally delivered them to the room. He took one step further, remembering one of us was vegan he reserved a table for us in the roof bar with special vegan menu whcich was amazing. The concierge service at the hotel is also great - they manage to find us a replacement boat tour after the prebooked one we had via Viator was cancelled and provided a lot of local insights. Overall - excellent property, I can sincerely recommend and which I will book again next time I come to Malta.
