Pros:

Really clean and friendly staff. Olen’s at breakfast was particularly attentive. Customer Satisfaction manager also had bottles of water added to our room when asked about what we thought if the hotel. Breakfast was good and had a GF stand which was great.

Wir hatten ein Eckzimmer im 11. Stock, 2 Balkone. gegenüber vom Schwimmbad Aqualuna.
Tagsüber ein wenig laut, aber normal am der Uferstrasse.
Die Fenster waren super leise.
Der Service war perfekt.
Beim Frühstück hatte ich das etwas langsame Abräumen der benutzten Teller an den kleinen Tischen moniert, dies wurde sofort, und auch an den nächsten Tagen umgesetzt.
Wir waren mitten im Geschehen, aber dennoch weit ab.

I recommend this hotel location is perfect.
Pros:

Rooms were clean. Staff were very friendly and really helpful. My sister was sick and they were very concerned and try to help as much as they could. Especially the receptionist Mr. Ozan helped us a lot during our stay.

Best location and amazing staff who were gracious and friendly!
Pros:

This hotel exceeded our expectations on every front. Notably the chef for the breakfast buffet was so kind and accommodating for my vegan daughter . He went out of his way to ensure she had anything she wanted and even made her special vegan pancakes for the next morning 😊

Nothing… everything was awesome!

Location, view from balcony, nice big room, very clean, very nice staff, rooftop cocktail bar was lovely and great place to enjoy an evening drink whilst enjoying the amazing view We enjoyed our stay

After first morning the breakfast offering changed and declined in our opinion
There was a limited selection of foods on offer to choose from with some counters which had food on them on first morning of our stay left empty and this gave us the impression that the food was being rationed with some small portions of cheese etc pre-plated which was strange as it was different the previous morning It was not our experience of 4 star hotel breakfast considering how much it cost to stay there It was extremely disappointing and I wish I had complained now.
Access to the Aqualuna club to use the outdoor pool was great,very clean and really nice but the section of the complex with sun beds reserved for hotel guests wasn't that large and filled up very quickly.

Good, but not as good as it could have been.
Pros:

We had a generally enjoyable stay (1st - 8th June) in a very well appointed room. Facilities good and staff friendly and appoachable.

Cons:

Two things irked me, neither hugely major in the general run of things, but deserving of both comment and criticism;
1. It was very noticeable after a couple of days that the hotel was imposing portion-control on what had previously been a very comprehensive buffet offering at breakfast.
2. When I book and pay for a hotel I do so with the reasonable expectation that all of it's advertised facilities will be available to both me and anyone else staying there. It was more than annoying to find that one of the hotel's two bars (very definitely the best one) was unavailable to guests on the Saturday of our stay, due to a "private function" - totally unsatisfactory! This gave a very clear signal that the venue gives priority to random locals and signalled a very clear "two-fingers" to it's paying/staying guests.

Kiváló szállás és szolgáltatás! Nagyon elégedett voltam mindennel, csak ajánlani tudom
Pros:

A szálloda tökéletes elhelyezkedése miatt valamennyi látványosság könnyen megközelíthető. Csodálatos a kilátás a szobákból és a rooftop bárból. A 10. emeleten lévő étteremben nagyon finom vacsorát ettünk és a személyzet segítőkészsége, kedvessége is említésre méltó. Külön köszönet Riktának :-)
