Would recommend. Good transport links to Valletta and Gozo.
Pros:

Very good location for what we were looking for.
Staff were very friendly and professional.
Service was very good.
Breakfast offered many choices.
Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi - pool across the road was extremely busy so didn’t bother using it.

Cons:

Lobby area a bit disappointing as they are in the process of building a new brasserie.
Lovely view from the room towards Valletta but the balconies are a bit small.

Well placed hotel with 5* service
Pros:

Service at this hotel is incredible. Every member of staff from the staff in the bar, maids, reception and especially the breakfast staff tried so hard to make everything perfect. The views from the hotel across the port are beautiful. The bedroom was comfortable and we slept well. The location was great and we loved the gondolas to Valetta. We did the free transfer to Golden Sands beach and loved the little beach pack we were given. So thoughtful! You only have about 4 hours there, we probably would have liked to stay longer. All in all would highly recommend a stay here as long as you understand the set up at the pool.

Cons:

The only slight disappointment was the pool. We hadn’t realised it was a public pool across the road. There are beds reserved for Waterfront guests but no one seems to observe this and staff don’t enforce it so while we had the best beds in theory, they went v quickly. The views are nice at the pool, as is the food but the vibe is to play music quite loudly and the pool is quite small so gets very busy. We enjoyed spending time there but had envisaged something quite different from reading the information on booking.com.

Pros:

A szálloda rendkívül tiszta volt, mindenhol kellemes illat fogadott bennünket. A személyzet kivételesen kedves, figyelmes és segítőkész, mindig a vendégek igényeit tartották szem előtt. Külön szeretném kiemelni a hotel tetőteraszán található 1Olive étterem két felszolgálóját, Riktát és Anut, akik fantasztikus vendégszeretetükkel még emlékezetesebbé tették az itt-tartózkodásunkat. A hotel elhelyezkedése is kiváló. Nagyon pozitív volt, hogy a kijelentkezés után is megőrizték a csomagjainkat, egész nap használhattuk a medencéket, valamint a zuhanyzókat és az öltözőket, ami különösen nagy segítség volt az esti repülőjáratunk miatt.

Cons:

Nem volt olyan dolog , amivel elégedetlenek lettünk volna.
