Beautiful clean room friendly and helpful staff

Right next to football stadium, quite a walk into town
Room was excellent had a great night's sleep followed by a decent breakfast
Great aircon in the rooms which was needed on the 34 degree day.
Bed very comfy, good sized room and large TV for the World Cup.
Gym is small but enough for a simple workout.

Shower gel bottle was empty.
Couldn't have a cold shower. Coldest temperature was still hot.
Staff were friendly.
Aircon was not working at night in the middle of summer. Rooms were not cleaned properly.

The car park was even more expensive than advertised. It cost £64 for a 4 night stay and we went out for the entirety of each day.
The menu was a bit limited but there are plenty of good restaurants in Sheffield so not a big deal.
The air con failed on the hottest weekend of the year so far. Timing.

Great position, lovely room
Was able to check into my room early which was really helpful as allowed me to get ready for my wedding that day.
The AC in our room was not working, in stead of cooling the room down it infact heated up the room so was extremely hot when we came back to our room that night. Took hours to cool the room back down again which meant me & wife couldn't get to sleep.
Very comfortable rooms and very spacious too. Even the sofa bed was comfortable!

TV only had a few freeview channels, though it had a button for YouTube on the screen when you click it that didn’t work so not much to watch
