Good enough but overall quality disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast medium quality -yunnan green tea available good. Fruit selection limited.
Comfortable bed.

Cons:

Insufficient hanging hooks in bedroom and bathroom.
Clean towels provided in second day. Unnecessary and wasteful. Cleaners left dirty mugs unwashed.

Great stay, staff and food
Pros:

It was a lovely hotel and well located for our needs, we had room services that was good and the breakfast was lovely, the poached eggs were perfect

Cons:

the sandwich we ordered has garlic mayo, which I cant eat, this was not listed as the ingreditents on the menu, this was changed once we told them of the error

great comfortable space , but cleaniness processes need to be addressed
Pros:

bed very comfortable . quiet room , spacious. very warm welcoming staff

Cons:

i found a sock in my bed that didnt belong to me and there was no shower gel. so somewhat disapointing. i would have given this review 10/10 if this had not been the case.

Disappointing room in a normally good hotel.
Pros:

Regular visitor to this hotel. Friendly staff, limited but good food and breakfast always good.

Cons:

The room had no view whatsoever air conditioning did not seem to work and the room became very warm overnight. Found some of the bedding torn, not a good advertisement for Hilton brand.

Good location for the events I was attending. Breakfast had a good selection and was fresh. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

Pillows not very comfortable, 1 not enough but 2 was too high.
The curtain didn’t fully close, meaning light did come in the room in the morning.

O hotel é ótimo, confortável, limpo, o chuveiro é maravilhoso. O café da manhã é muito bom também.
