Pros:

침실에 아이들이 잘 수 있는 이층 침대가 있어서 좋았습니다.

Cons:

식사가 서양인 입장에서의 메뉴 였던것 같았고, 욕실에 온수가 더 잘 나올 수 있게 했으면 좋을것 같아요.

Kỳ nghỉ tốt nhưng chưa trọn vẹn
Pros:

Lần thứ 3 mình quay lại resort, bởi vì mình thích nơi đây, nhân viên thân thiện, đặc biệt là bạn Nhung lễ tân, cảnh vẫn đẹp, vị trí tốt. Vẫn là điểm 10 cho sự xinh đẹp của Resort.

Cons:

Do mình đi group 4p, nhiều em bé đi cùng, nên mình có gọi lễ tân 1 lần khi đặt phòng thành công, note lại thông tin yêu cầu sắp xếp gần lễ tân và phát sinh 2 eb em bé, sẽ thanh toán lúc nhận phòng. Đặt phòng cũng gửi mail xin thông tin giờ tới, mình vẫn note lại thông tin và nhờ set up kỷ niệm ngày cưới. Tuy nhiên, khi tới nhận phòng mình lại không được set up giường, và lễ tân lại có thông tin??? Vậy việc khách hàng gọi tới yêu cầu qua điện thoại có action hay không, và gửi thông tin qua mail để xác nhận dịch vụ cũng không action và không có phản hồi lại? Rồi phải mất hơn 1 tiếng để cb phòng mới, do phát sinh EB, rồi yêu cầu Anniversary cũng ko được set up, gia đình lại bị xếp phòng xa nhà ăn do tt bị miss, nhà mình lại có nhiều em bé, ko tiện cho việc qua lại đường, nếu sx khu đằng sau. Bạn mình gọi tới 3 lần cho hơn 30’ xe điện để đi ăn, việc chờ này cũng thật sự lâu, khiến bạn không vui. Lần quay trở lại này, đã cố gắng sắp xếp cho trọn vẹn, tuy nhiên mọi thứ lại không tốt, khiến mình cảm thấy không hài lòng về dịch vụ. Mercure Đà Lạt sẽ không là nơi ưu tiên quay trở lại lần sau. Buffet sáng đồ ăn bị cắt giảm và không còn phong phú như xưa, đặc biệt là quây bánh, dù giá phòng đặt không hề rẻ.

Amazing decor,excellent facilities,polite staff always with smile and the best attention-our stay was like a dream.The flowers and the music make us to feel very romantic and fully relaxed.One of the best hotels we have ever been.
The breakfast was also a great enjoyment -such a beautiful place with nice view, so tasty and various.
Also something very important -the hotel is very quiet and everyone can enjoy perfect sleep.

Should be a five star ⭐
Pros:

This place is really something special!
The rooms and furnishings are top class, and the grounds immaculate.
We have stayed in some world class hotels over the years and can’t think of anywhere much better than this.
The staff are keen to help however the language barrier felt much more prominent than other places we have stayed during this trip. I think that’s possibly more an Accor thing though as we found this at other Accor resorts. Hardly worth mentioning though as English is not their first language and the majority of their guests seem to be Chinese or Russian. What they lacked in English skills they made up for in enthusiasm and hospitality.
The quality of the breakfast was much higher than my will power and it’s safe to say we left well fed.
We booked this as a four star resort but in our opinion it’s a Five star!
When we return this will be our hotel of choice
