Pros:

Vị trí khách sạn rất thuận tiện, chỉ mất chưa đến 10 phút di chuyển từ sân bay. Xung quanh có nhiều lựa chọn ăn uống và cà phê như Highland Coffee, chè sầu Liên, các quán ăn địa phương và nhiều tiện ích khác. Khách sạn phản hồi nhanh các yêu cầu trước khi nhận phòng và đã cố gắng hỗ trợ đúng mong muốn về vị trí phòng. Phòng rộng rãi, thoáng, yên tĩnh, view thành phố đẹp, điều hòa hoạt động tốt. Bữa sáng đủ đáp ứng nhu cầu cơ bản và phù hợp cho kỳ lưu trú ngắn ngày. Có hoa quả theo mùa chào đón tại phòng.

Cons:

Khu vực phòng tắm hơi tối dù diện tích khá rộng. Hồ bơi ngoài trời không có mái che nên khá nóng vào ban ngày và chất lượng nước chưa thực sự trong. Trải nghiệm nhận phòng còn một điểm đáng tiếc khi nhân viên đã ghi nhận số điện thoại để báo nếu có phòng sớm nhưng sau đó quên liên hệ, tôi phải chủ động gọi lại để kiểm tra.

Comfortable and mostly clean. The breakfast was good.

Cons:

I kept seeing “free one way to airport taxi” but when it was time to go, the staff told me I had to pay.
Once saw an insect on the breakfast table near the food.
No prices informations for the different services (spa etc) in the room.
Old and small TV on a 5 stars hotel in 2026.

Le Personnel est poli et attentif
Pros:

La chambre est spacieuse avec une belle vue sur la ville et l’aéroport. Le personnel est agréable et gentil.

Cons:

L’attente des ascenseurs est très longue et il n’y a pas de climatisation ni dans les allées des étages ni dans les ascenseurs. Les équipements sont vétustes et assez bruyants
