Staff were outstanding! Spacious rooms and well maintained facilities.

Excellent hospitality from the staffs, they are all so kind and polite! Great location too, walking distance to convenient stores and eateries. 1000/10 would come back here!

במרחק של דקה הליכה משכונת "יפן הקטנה". צוות מעולה וסופר אדיב. חדרים חדשים, יפים ונעימים. היה רעש של עבודות מהרחוב והצוות מייד שדרג אותנו לסוויטה. ארוחת בוקר בסדר.

The staff is amazing! Very welcoming and friendly.
They helped to carry the luggage, opened the lobby door each time, helped to find the grab driver or book an appointment at a spa. Everyone goes the extra mile. 7 star service.
The rooms are clean, spacious and we also had a big bath tub. Good view and great window blinds that can make it completely dark.
Location is very close to main tourist areas: you can walk or just take a grab if its too hot or rains.
Breakfast was also great with a chef for eggs and pho.
A lot of restsurants and 7 11, k mart, nearby.
To the whole team: Thank you, you are doing a great job. We know where to stay if we visit again.

La gentillesse du personnel et l’emplacement

So happy with my stay here the room was very clean and new, staff were very polite and friendly and very accommodating! Hotel is in a great location, lots of food and shops in walking distance and was great location close to every popular spot not far at all in taxis! Thankyou to the staff at Kin for such a lovely and welcoming stay!

This was our first accommodation in Vietnam, so we did not really know what to expect. Based on the photos, the room looked much larger and brighter, so that was a slight disappointment at first. However, this was partly our mistake, as in Vietnam many standard rooms are either windowless, which I would recommend everyone avoid, or very small, which can feel uncomfortable for someone used to Western standards. They can also be quite dark and difficult to ventilate.

That said, the room itself was comfortable, modern and clean.

In general, many accommodations on booking platforms look much better in photos than in reality, but this hotel was not in that category. It was still a pleasant surprise overall.

The staff were very helpful and respectful. The breakfast did not offer a huge variety, but everything was fresh and very tasty, which is what matters most. The internet speed was around 300 Mbps, which is excellent for anyone who needs fast and reliable connection.

If you are used to large, modern Western European hotels, this will feel like a lower category. However, compared to most accommodations in a similar price range in Ho Chi Minh City, this place is noticeably more modern and comfortable.

Cleanliness was generally good. I personally would not have used the bathtub as it looked a bit worn over time, but I am quite particular about these things.

The location is not the most attractive, but it is within walking distance of many places or just a 5 to 8 minute taxi ride away.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is definitely not run down or dirty either. If you are looking for something reasonably priced yet still modern and comfortable, this place is a good choice. I would recommend choosing a larger or higher category room rather than the smallest option, as it will feel much more spacious and bright.
