I don’t feel rushed at check out time. Variety of places to eat and closer to my destination.

Marriott needs regional VP to reevaluate this location worst Marriot I’ve ever visited.

The gym was clean and the first floor smelt nice that’s it

The staff was rude my kids even gave the front desk lady nick name the ice queen as she didn’t even smile nor look at us in the eyes. The room was falling apart my 6 y.o got stuck in the toilet /shower with the sliding door because the tiles from both the vanity area and the shower overall bathroom area was falling off the walls. I have photos! Making it dangerous, also curve appeal was horrible, and mold in there, the lighting was awful, after one shower the room smelt like mildew. There was a sign in the elevator stating if you are staying less than two days don’t ring housekeeping, very classy!!! Way to go Marriott no starts for customer service that’s for sure. Says no vaping no smoking but elevators and every floor smelt like marijuana. My husband was going to move from Hilton rewards to Marriott as I’m a frequent Marriott member but this visit pushed him back to Hilton. Only Marriott property he’ll visit is a Ritz, good luck, this aloft is a dump.

Everything thing. I room was old ran down, the bed was dirty, the clerk and management was not accommodating. They did not offer any solutions

It was just okay
Pros:

The staff is pretty friendly and the location is good but not worth $400 for two nights plus parking

Cons:

It’s just too expensive for what it is, hasn’t been well taken care of and the rooms are just ok. The quality of soaps, sheets etc are low, the tv has only like 35 Channel and says there is a streaming option online but there is not. Air conditioner was extremely loud. They seem more focused on charging you for parking and threatening to charge you for smoking than anything else. Couldn’t even find the ice machine.

Everything was great except paying for parking.
Pros:

The bed and the cleanliness of the room

Cons:

I was shocked that we had to pay for parking. We are the guess of the hotel traveling as any other guess that is being dropped off. The hotel has to have parking but if you get dropped off you don't have to pay a surcharge and it does even get refunded.

Pros:

It was super close to the airport and the shuttle driver was so helpful.

Cons:

The age is showing and it is starting to look rundown on the inside. The elevator, hall carpet and even the windown shades in room all had stains and showing their age of use.
